Sono pienamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto, di come sono stata supportata e consiglio vivamente di farsi seguire da Franco!
I just bought the New T-Roc: I was very well advised by the seller Franco Serraiotto, who followed me in a very professional way in all phases of the sale, from the estimate to the delivery of the new car (arrived earlier than expected), including the return of my used VW. I am fully satisfied with my purchase, with how I was supported and I highly recommend being followed by Franco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto la macchina sul loro sito, ho chiamato subito per sapere della disponibilità e mi hanno dato la conferma che c’era, lo stesso giorno ho preso l’appuntamento per andare a vederla nel primo pomeriggio, faccio 220 km per andare da loro a vederla e bloccarla, il tempo di 10 minuti che la sto guardando e innamorando!!! Il venditore mi dice che non ne sapeva niente ma la macchina era già in mezza trattativa con un altra persona.
440 km per niente!!!!! 0 professionalità
Seen the car on their website, I called immediately to find out about availability and they gave me the confirmation that it was there, the same day I made an appointment to go and see it in the early afternoon, I do 220 km to go to them to see it and block it, the time of 10 minutes that I'm looking at it and falling in love !!! The seller tells me that he didn't know anything about it but the car was already in half negotiations with another person.
440 km for nothing !!!!! 0 professionalism

Io ho acquistato la mia Volkswagen Golf da loro. Sono stato trattato benissimo. Complimenti al venditore ?Sergio?.gentile, simpatico e molto competente nel suo lavoro (sa indirizzarti al meglio alla scelta della tua nuova auto). Le tempistiche di ritiro dell'auto sono state brevissime. Quindi consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per i prezzi più che buoni e convenienti. Si trova vicino al Palladio, nell'ex "Nuova Fergia".

I bought my Volkswagen Golf from them. I was treated very well. Congratulations to the seller ?Sergio?, kind, nice and very competent in his work (he knows how to best direct you to the choice of your new car). The timing of collection of the car was very short. So I highly recommend, especially for the more than good and affordable prices. It is located near Palladio, in the former "Nuova Fergia".
