Ora capisco le difficoltà dei commercianti, specie in questo periodo, ma non mi sembra il modo di trattare un potenziale cliente.
Evidentemente farò un altra scelta al momento di acquistare la mia nuova auto.
I showed up at 6:30 pm, and despite the closing time you know 7:00 pm, I was kindly asked to raise my heels.
Now I understand the difficulties of traders, especially in this period, but it doesn't seem like the way to treat a potential customer.
I will obviously make another choice when buying my new car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato poichè desidero cambiare auto e prenderne una NUOVA. Sto girando parecchi concessionari per farmi un'idea su caratteritiche, costi e possibilità di ibrido e non. Il venditore stamattina è stato decisamente poco affabile e per niente propositivo. Il fatto di veder entrare una donna insieme ad una figlia adolescente non è prerogativa per rinunciare a priori a proporre e informare.
Il linguaggio del corpo (linguaggio non verbale- mani in tasca, appoggiarsi alle auto) dice molto e il dover tirare fuori informazioni con le pinze sentendosi dire pure che degli accessori è inutile parlarne se non ho idea di quando comprerò l'auto perchè cambiano ogni mese dà l'impressione che abbia già rinunciato alla vendita. E così sarà. Se scegliessimo un Ford, nuova e accessoriata di tutti gli optional, sicuramente sarà acquistata altrove.(Nei corsi di tecniche di vendita dovrebbero parlare anche di questo...)
Visited as I want to change cars and get a NEW one. I am touring several dealers to get an idea of the features, costs and possibilities of hybrid and non-hybrid. The seller this morning was decidedly not very friendly and not at all proactive. The fact of seeing a woman enter with an adolescent daughter is not a prerogative to renounce a priori to propose and inform.
Body language (non-verbal language - hands in pockets, leaning on cars) says a lot and having to pull out information with pliers and being told that accessories are useless to talk about them if I have no idea when I will buy the car because they change every month gives the impression that he has already given up on the sale. And so it will be. If we choose a Ford, new and equipped with all the options, it will surely be purchased elsewhere. (In the sales techniques courses they should also talk about this ...)
