★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Railway station quite improved during the years. Automatic ticket machines are all working nicely, clean and tidy, well patrolled by police. Bars and ice cream shops are good. Elevators are working. Taxis and buses immediately available out of the station. Unfortunately, during last refurbishment the waiting room was removed : none can sit. Pay attention to the beggers despite their presence is decreased in these years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps this train station has everything you need such as ticket office, shop and restaurant. But it is a bit mess since the space is small, no control gate and few customer services. During the peak season, if you want to buy tickets, you have to wait for a long line. Pay attention to thief since police presence here very few or only outside of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first and by far the worst railway station in the area i had to use during my stay in Italy. I read about Italy earlier so it came as no surprise for me that i had to validate the ticket before entering the train (on the platform). The worst part? The platforms were changed seconds before the train arrived (delayed), no announcement in english. I saw people running with luggages and did the same. It turned out that when a train comes late it is redirected to another platform so the one after it can use the same platform as the delayed one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and easy to use trains and station. I don't know about an electric wheelchair, but my manual, light ride, did fine. The most difficult thing was to find an Italian who was speaking English, to tell him to wait until the procedure was done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a cafè, bank atm, ticket counter and money exchange inside the station. Also a gift shop. The flixbus station is near the entrance. You can take bus from the station to the Venice island too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who created this station, hates people. No information, the trains for some reason departure 2-3 earlier in direction to Santa Lucia Venice. The luggage locker is the most archaic service ever seen. Probably it was kept in this way in order to pay respect to the old Roman tradition, otherwise I hardly can explain why it works only till 20, has no automatized system, and also not working on Sunday, completely ruining my stay in Mestre. Btw,p the sapme for the Santa Lucia station.
However, as usual. The whole italian train sevice is the worst ever seen in Europe, without a car you can't go to any place.
