C	Carlo Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita accurata,approfondita,personale medico ,infermiere gentilissimo.pulito ,ordinato.due persone si sono lamentate una aveva male ai denti non capiva che doveva recarsi allo stomatologico, idem un' altra signora si è lamentata poiché non avevevano lo specialista da lei richiesto. Non è un ospedale tipo policlinico,riguarda,sacco,ove trovi tutti gli specialisti.si telefona prima e si chiede oppure ti accompagna la l'oro ambulanza borsa o il gruppo ospedaliero di cui fa parte. Attesa comoda con aria condizionata,macchinette caffè,acqua,merendine. Durata della visita? Un ora. Accuratissima.controllato tutto,farmaci,etc. Accurate, thorough examination, medical staff, very kind, clean, orderly nurse. Se non volete visitare le persone è meglio che non lavorate in pronto soccorso. Anzi è meglio che non diventavate proprio medici. I went to the emergency room last week. g	giuseppe fratini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora dell'ambulanza pessima non aveva voglia di lavorare faceva batuttine tipo ho fatto da taxi sta sera, mi sento male da una settimana sono una studentessa potrei avere un appendicite a rischio e lei mi ha fatta sentire di troppo quasi come che cavolo ci hai chiamato non mi bastava il dolore, aveva l'aria incazzata e la ringrazio per avermi fatto sentire peggio, al entrata il solito assistente ironico che mi chiede che cavolo sono venuta a fare, ma signori miei uno deve crepare non lo so??? Se uno cammina sui propri piedi perche si fa forza perche sei una studentessa fuori sede e ti devi arranggiare no devi aspettare l'illuminazione... Un grazie enorme!!! My experience was super positive, the nurses and doctors were nothing short of exceptional despite arriving at 3am. A huge thank you !!!

Dopo circa 3 minuti arriva un'infermiera che mi porta in radiografia. Finito l'attesa è stata di circa 45 minuti per poi esser visitato dall'ortopedico. In gentilezza tutti da dieci e lode e come temporalità per una frattura mi sembra di egual valutazione. I arrive with a suspected fracture, immediately welcomed by the nurse on duty (09 am), who immediately puts me in a wheelchair. After about 3 minutes a nurse arrives and takes me on X-ray. After the wait, it was about 45 minutes and then visited by the orthopedist. In kindness all from ten and praise and as temporality for a fracture it seems to me of equal evaluation.
T	Teresa Polo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al pronto soccorso per una caduta dalla bicicletta di qualche giorno prima, il braccio mi fa male nonostante una settimana di antinfiammatori ed analgesici. Attendo pazientemente quattro ore e poi mi fanno entrare. Non vengo visitata, il medico rimane seduto dall'altra parte della scrivania a scrivere il suo compitino e sporge la testa dal monitor del PC solo per verificare se si tratta dell'avambraccio destro o sinistro. Poi mi portano in sala raggi. Fatte le lastre, altra attesa. Poi di nuovo dallo stesso medico, che mi dice di non aver visto niente, ma che il referto posso ritirarlo solo lunedì dopo le 11 (è sabato, quindi due giorni dopo), evidentemente non c'è nessuno che possa verificare le lastre e firmare il referto (in un pronto soccorso!!!). Mi mandano a casa con un foglio:si rimanda al medico curante. Due giorni dopo, in altra regione dove ero in vacanza, sono dovuta tornare al p.s. per i forti dolori. Altri raggi, frattura diagnosticata, gesso. In the emergency room for a fall from the bicycle a few days earlier, my arm hurts despite a week of anti-inflammatory and pain relievers. Then again by the same doctor, who tells me he has not seen anything, but that the report can only be collected on Monday after 11 (it is Saturday, therefore two days later), evidently there is no one who can check the plates and sign the report (in an emergency room !!!). They send me home with a sheet: refer to the attending physician. Two days later, in another region where I was on vacation, I had to go back to the p.s. for severe pain. Other rays, diagnosed fracture, plaster.

Davanti aveva 3 persone che alle 19 non erano ancora state visitate. Personale all'accettazione scortese! My 73-year-old mother with very high pressure for days was on ps from 2.30pm to 7.15pm waiting, and then giving up. In front he had 3 people who had not yet been visited at 19. Rude acceptance staff!
