G	Giuliana U. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trovo le parole giuste per descrivere così tanta indelicatezza e poca empatia nei confronti del paziente. Per non parlare della professionalità. Abbiamo fatto accettazione in cui ho spiegato l'accaduto. Chiamato il medico (presumo ortopedico ma a questo punto ho dei dubbi) spiegato nuovamente la situazione. Ha acconsentito a visitare mia figlia e fare rx. Dopo 4h e 1/2 ci ha chiamati un altro medico che con supponenza si è rifiutato di fare rx e visitarla. Riteneva non fosse da ps perché appoggiava il piede a terra quindi non era rotto. E l'ortopedico era andato via 5 ore prima! Avrei dovuto pagare il ticket anche se comunque non avrebbe effettuato alcuna prestazione! I modi...i tempi... davvero tutto pessimo!! Una presa in giro pazzesca!! E stiamo parlando di un ps!!!! Aggiornamento : successivamente ho effettuato rx tramite il medico di base attendendo i dovuti tempi.... piede fratturato!! Avessi avuto il nominativo avrei denunciato quell'incompetente!!! I can't find the right words to describe so much indelicacy and little empathy towards the patient. Not to mention professionalism. We made acceptance in which I explained what happened. Called the doctor (I assume orthopedic but at this point I have doubts) explained the situation again. He agreed to visit my daughter and do rx. After 4h and 1/2 another doctor called us who arrogantly refused to x-ray and visit her. He believed it was not from ps because he put his foot on the ground so it was not broken. And the orthopedist had left 5 hours earlier! I would have had to pay for the ticket even though it would not have performed anyway! The ways ... the times ... really bad !! A crazy joke !! And we are talking about a ps !!!! Update: I subsequently rx through the general practitioner waiting for the due times .... fractured foot !! If I had the name I would have denounced that incompetent !!!

Ma non posso. 3 ore e passa di attesa e ancora non si sa di che morte morire. Personale che da darti spiegazioni si aizza pure. Vergogna. Vergogna. Vergogna. Dovrebbero chiedere TUTTI i PS di questo tipo, eliminare le tasse e privatizzare i centri. Schifo. I would like to quantify the disgust I am feeling right now in this ER not in stars but in words. But I can not. 3 hours and more of waiting and still no one knows what death to die of. Staff that incites you to give explanations as well. Shame. Shame. Shame. They should ask ALL the DPs of this type, eliminate taxes and privatize the centers. Yuck.

Non riusciamo a valutare se andarcene via o aspettare ancora almeno per sapere cosa fare una volta a casa! Poi venivamo a sapere che dentro c'è un medico solo che fa tutto a tutti che ovviamente dà precedenza I casi più gravi e gli altri con codice giallo compresa mia moglie fanno ore e ore d'attesa perché c'è uno e uno solo di un medico ormai esausto! Che schifo!!! 09/28/2019 From 10:50 we are in this little hole of the emergency room, now it's 18:40 and we don't know yet what time they will give us the report of the illness my wife has had. We can't decide whether to leave or wait at least to know what to do once you're home! Then we came to know that inside there is only one doctor who does everything to everyone who obviously gives priority. The most serious cases and the others with a yellow code including my wife do hours of waiting because there is one and only one of a doctor now exhausted! How disgusting!!!
E	Elisa Rizzetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’è poco da dire, pensavo che dietro al nome Multimedica ci fosse personale oltre che preparato anche e soprattutto predisposto a relazionarsi con pazienti e non, in modo cordiale e paziente, ma é purtroppo solo un’utopia. Mai avuta una esperienza tanto sgradevole. Sentirsi trattare con sufficienza e avere la cornetta sbattuta in faccia solo per avere informazioni relative ad un proprio caro ricoverato al PS e di cui non si sa nulla, é davvero vergognoso. Non esiste una sala d’attesa in sicurezza per i parenti che passano le ore ad attendere sporadiche notizie...va bene che siamo in periodo COVID ma pensavo un trattamento diverso. Dare una stella come valutazione é fin troppo. There is little to say, I thought that behind the name Multimedica there were personnel as well as prepared and above all prepared to relate to patients and non-patients in a friendly and patient way, but unfortunately it is only a utopia. Never had such an unpleasant experience. Feeling treated sufficiently and having the handset slammed in the face just to get information about a loved one in the PS and of whom nothing is known, is really shameful. There is no safe waiting room for relatives who spend hours waiting for sporadic news ... it's okay that we are in the COVID period but I thought a different treatment. Giving a star as a rating is too much.

Nonostante fosse ancora sofferente e abiti da solo con mia madre di anni 85, hanno voluto dimetterlo in nottata. Infine quando ho chiesto di parlare col medico, questi si è presentato SENZA MASCHERINA, dicendo che se volevo informazioni potevo leggere il referto. Pessimo servizio professionale e completa mancanza di umanità. Unlike the past few years, my last experience was very bad. Nobody called me to warn of my 82-year-old father's condition. La seconda volta hanno dimesso la persona, senza avvisarmi, portandola al proprio domicilio mentre io ero ancora al pronto soccorso. Pasticci su pasticci. GRAZIE a chi mi ha assistito con pazienza e professionalità. Un GRAZIE GRANDE anche a mia mogle e a mio figlio. Yesterday, I had to go to the multimedia emergency room of Sesto San Giovanni. Hanno modificato i miei sintomi facendolo passare per altro e mettermi in codice bianco. Sono uscito da questo postaccio e sono andato al p.s di sesto dove oltre ad avermi accuratamente visitato hanno trovato una soluzione per tamponare il dolore e indicarmi lo specialista da cui prenotare. VOTO ZERO alla multimedica dove l'unica competente e la dottoressa di turno che non ricordo il nome. per tutti il resto strafottenza e maleducazione a palate a star because zero cannot be given, 7 hours to wait and then not even visit me, the nurse who made me the acceptance to the triage a great rude.
