R	Riccardo D'ascenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi 19/02/2021 per fare una visita ortopetica alla mia bimba di 4 anni, una volta fatta l'accettazione mi reco in sala, nell attesa di essere chiamato esce una signora che aveva appena fatto una visita alla propria bimba e con due parole mi dice: Se é lo stesso dottore t avviso che è un arrogante, e non ne vale la pena, a quel punto spero vivamente di no,e che la signora si sbagliava. Una volta chiamata entro in sala visita e gia dall accoglienza mi rendo conto che la signora non aveva tutti i torti, inizio a togliere la giacca alla bimba e il dottore mi dice non ce ne bisogno ho gia capito qual e il problema! Non la spogli, e inutile che la visito ha le ginocchia valghe, se prende qualche foto di voi genitori da piccoli troverai lo stesso problema, e se sta sera vi mettete davanti ad uno specchio vi renderete conto che il problema si é risolto da solo.( io che ne soffrivo da piccolo l ho risolto solo con l utilizzo di plantari) detto questo il dottore mi saluta e mi augura una buona giornata! Ora vorrei chiedere e giusto pagare il tiket per sentirsi dire questo? Mia figlia non e mai stata visitata, e nenache guardata!sicuramnte mi sarei risparmiato TEMPO DENARO E PORTARE LA BAMBINA IN UN POSTO COSI IN QUESTA SITUAZIONE COVID!!! SCONSIGLIO!!!!! (I, who suffered from it as a child, solved it only with the use of orthotics) having said this, the doctor greets me and wishes me a good day! Now I would like to ask is it fair to pay the tiket to be told this? My daughter has never been visited, and never looked at! I certainly would have spared myself TIME MONEY AND TAKE THE CHILD TO A PLACE LIKE THIS IN THIS COVID SITUATION !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Tempi di attesa congrui con il periodo e la giornata festiva, attenzione, disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di ogni operatore. Visita accurata e tempestivi accertamenti specialistici che hanno portato alle dimissioni con diagnosi definita e consigli terapeutici opportuni. Grazie al dott Minoia Leone ed al personale tutto. Un plauso per l'efficienza anche al servizio "prenotazione controllo" ed alla Officina Ortopedica dell'istituto Galeazzi a cui mi sono rivolto stamane. I was yesterday for a severe bruise on my back following a fall from a ladder. Waiting times consistent with the period and the holiday, attention, availability and kindness on the part of each operator. Accurate visit and timely specialist examinations that led to discharge with a defined diagnosis and appropriate therapeutic advice. Thanks to Dr. Minoia Leone and all the staff. An applause for the efficiency also to the "booking control" service and to the Orthopedic Workshop of the Galeazzi institute to which I turned this morning.

All negative, non-existent organization. Waiting room and dirty toilets in covid time is not the best. Maybe there wasn't even staff.
