c	carmen ciotola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benedico tutti i giorni il Prof.Luzzati che mi ha ridato l uso delle mie gambe (ho 53 anni), ho subito un intervento di corpectomia vertebrale per metastasi ossea, dopo un calvario di dolori atroci, di circa due mesi, solo lui ha individuato il mio problema,solo guardandomi, e in 4 giorni mi ha operata. È un duro all apparenza, ma è molto umano,professionale e di una grande sensibilità, non esistono parole giuste per identificarlo, é il mio Angelo. Ringrazio tt la sua equipe Dott.Cannavo e Scotto che ancora oggi a distanza di 40 gg dalle dimissioni mi assistono da lontano.Inoltre ringrazio a tt le infermiere del reparto x oltre 20 giorni di degenza, Serena, Rodi,Marianna,Mia,Paolina,Angela....mi hanno alleviato le sofferenze soprattutto per la loro vicinanza,mi trasmettevano molta serenità ..un assistenza unica. Vi auguro a tt un Sereno Anno Nuovo e vi ringrazio ancora di cuore di tt ciò che avete fatto x me. Vengo a trovarvi ma non da paziente ??❤❤❤❤❤ Every day I bless Prof. Luzzati who gave me back the use of my legs (I'm 53 years old), I underwent a vertebral corpectomy for bone metastasis, after an ordeal of excruciating pain, lasting about two months, only he identified my problem, just looking at me, and in 4 days he operated on me. I thank his team Dr. Cannavo and Scotto who still assist me from afar 40 days after discharge.Moreover, I thank the nurses in the ward for over 20 days of hospitalization, Serena, Rodi, Marianna, Mia, Paolina, Angela .... they relieved me of the sufferings above all for their closeness, they transmitted me a lot of serenity .. a unique assistance. Un dottore che davanti ad un paziente in lacrime x il dolore non lo guarda neppure in faccia .....lascio a voi i commenti . Terapia alquanto superficiale e presa alla leggera I 200 € spesi peggio a livello medico e ne sto spendendo parecchi ultimamente , garantito . Mi auguro di non averne mai più bisogno . P	Philippe Lemoussu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ha fatto la protesi all'anca con il professore Ursino. L'intervento è perfettamente riuscito. I medici sono stati bravi. C'è molto da ridire invece sull'organizzazione post intervento. Una fisioterapista si è permesso di urlare alla prima discesa dal letto mentre l'ago della flebo provocava dolore. Una infermiera non era all'altezza per inserire l'ago della flebo e intimoriva mi moglie. In qualche momento forse c'era carenza di infermieri alcuni dei quali erano comunque competenti e gentili. Il cibo era scadente. Il servizio di riabilitazione fisioterapico non era sostenzialmente attivo e quindi mia moglie ha scelto un'altra struttura per la riabilitazione. La percentuale elevata di personale straniero comportava anche difficoltà di comunicazione. Visto la nomea del Galeazzi per la protesi dell'anca siamo rimasti sorpresi del livello del servizio post operatorio. Il sito organizzato dal Galeazzi per informare i parenti dell'andamento dell'intervento non è attendibile. Quindi preoccuparsi sulla base di quelle info non serve. My wife had her hip prosthesis done with Professor Ursino. The intervention was perfectly successful. The doctors were good. There is a lot to say about the post-intervention organization. A physical therapist allowed herself to scream the first time she got out of bed while the IV needle was causing pain. A nurse was not good enough to insert the IV needle and scared my wife. At some point perhaps there was a shortage of nurses, some of whom were competent and kind nonetheless. The food was poor. The physiotherapy rehabilitation service was not substantially active and therefore my wife chose another facility for rehabilitation. The high percentage of foreign staff also led to communication difficulties. Given Galeazzi's reputation for hip replacement, we were surprised at the level of post-operative service. The site organized by Galeazzi to inform relatives of the progress of the intervention is not reliable. So worrying on the basis of that information is useless.
M	Michaela Semeraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una lunga via crucis di attesa per via della pandemia, al primo di ottobre 2021 sono stata sottoposta a un intervento bimascellare con un impattamento molto importante a causa di una malocclusione di terza classe e open byte scheletrico presso l’ospedale IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi di Milano. Il mio iter non è stato lineare, in quanto avrei dovuto essere operata sicuramente a fine crescita. Tuttavia “benedetto” il giorno in cui ho conosciuto il mio luminare - Dottor Francesco Gallo e tutta la sua equipe esperta e preparatissima, a cominciare da suoi “bracci destri”: Dottor Francesco Zingari e Dottor Paolo Formillo. Ringrazio di cuore il mio super Doc Alessio Casimiro: eccellente, attento, pretenzioso e super competente ortodonzista, oserei dire uno dei migliori valenti nel campo. Grazie al suo minuzioso e approfondito studio del caso ha inquadrato perfettamente sin da subito la mia complessa patologia e mi ha accompagnata sia nel percorso pre-chirurgico sia successivamente all'esecuzione dell'intervento. Ringrazio infinitamente tutto il personale sanitario del reparto maxillo facciale, a cominciare dalla infermiera Angela ❤️, di nome e di fatto. E tutte le sue colleghe che in questi giorni di degenza mi hanno tenuta compagnia con la grandissima disponibilità e umanità che le contraddistinguono. Sono stata monitorata a vista d’occhio e ogni mio bisogno per loro era un severo ordine da espletare. Il giorno dell'intervento, il Dottor Gallo e la sua squadra sono stati magnifici, così come nel postoperatorio. Oggi sono passati 40 giorni circa dall'intervento e sono già estremamente soddisfatta dell'esito. Thanks to his meticulous and in-depth study of the case, he immediately framed my complex pathology perfectly and accompanied me both in the pre-surgical path and after the operation. I infinitely thank all the health personnel of the maxillofacial department, starting with the nurse Angela ❤️, in name and in fact. And all her colleagues who have kept me company in these days of hospitalization with the great availability and humanity that distinguish them. I was monitored closely and my every need was a strict order for them to fulfill. On the day of the surgery, Doctor Gallo and his team were magnificent, as well as in the postoperative. Today about 40 days have passed since the operation and I am already extremely satisfied with the outcome.
M	Mariateresa Peluso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto diverse visite in questo ospedale e mi sono trovata sempre molto bene, gli ambulatori ben gestiti e i locali ordinati, oggi mi sono recata al punto tamponi rd è stato un disastro. È ubicato nel vano garage, l'ambiente è sporco, si accede da una rampa che rende molto scomoda l'attesa, anche di 3 ore al gelo. C'erano solamente due sedie, il che crea calca tra le persone in attesa e crea disagio per chi ha difficoltà a stare in piedi, agli anziani o alle donne in stata di gravidanza. Nessuno a dare informazioni sui moduli da compilare. All'interno soltanto due infermiere, una delle quali faceva il tampone. Di tutti i tamponi molecolari che ho fatto, questo è stato il più fastidioso, l'infermiera non aveva nessun tatto nell'inserire e ruotare il tampone nella bocca e poi nel naso. Per me è stata un'esperienza pessima, non lo consiglio.
