C	Cinzia Porcu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sono arrivata al pronto soccorso con dolori allucinanti al braccio e in lacrime(io non piango mai)sono stata trattata con sufficienza e ironia e dopo due ore di attesa e varie lamentele di persone che hanno segnalato la mia situazione mi hanno visitato.Visita superficiale fasciatura e dopo una diagnosi anche sbagliata e una puntura spedita a casa pessimi. Bad experience I arrived at the emergency room with hallucinating pains in my arm and in tears (I never cry) I was treated with disdain and irony and after two hours of waiting and various complaints from people who reported my situation they visited me. superficial bandage and after a misdiagnosis and a puncture sent home very bad.

Chiamo il numero che mi da google e mi risponde Gaetano Pini e che, pur essendo dello stesso gruppo, mi dice che non c'entrano... ok, un numero di telefono si può avere? Ovviamente no, perché ne sono sprovvisti. Esiste solo un n di fax...nel XXI secolo come si fa ad avere so un fax x spostare le visite sei pazienti? Cioe, devi scrivergli un fax x chiedere ad essere contattati. Niente telefono, niente mail! Provare x credere! 2 stars and they are too good, not so much for the doctors service but for the way in which you can contact the hospital to move an important visit. Dopo un tempo di attesa ragionevole, sono stato trattato con gentilezza e competenza. Il giorno successivo mi hanno contattato al cellulare per fissare la data della visita e della radiografia di controllo per il giorno 10 maggio. Tutto preciso, veloce, chiaro. La persona del centro prenotazioni è stata molto chiara e gentile. La dottoressa che mi ha visitato molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto in orario, senza ritardi o problemi Oggi 27 maggio sono tornato per la rimozione gesso, la radiografia finale e la visita di chiusura. Anche oggi tutto bene, senza ritardo, con gentilezza e precisione. In conclusione, voglio dare senza indugio il massimo punteggio ad una struttura di cui mi avevano parlato male e che invece devo elogiare sotto tutti gli aspetti, sia organizzativo, sia del personale medico, infermieristico e di sportello. V	Vito Grande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. Sono stato con mio figlio di 8 anni dalle 17.00 alle 22.00 il giorno 26 Aprile 2022 e ancora non lo avevano nemmeno visto. Solo un medico disponibile per tutto il pronto soccorso. A me sembra vergognoso. A mai piu Absolutely to be avoided. I was with my 8 year old son from 5pm to 10pm on April 26th 2022 and they still hadn't even seen him. Only one doctor available for all emergency room. Seems shameful to me. To never again

Fanno a tutti il tampone Covid prima della visita. Excellent professionalism, doctors and trainees and nurses with a very human and competent approach. Clean place. For the waiting times, bearable. Everyone swabs Covid before the visit.
C	C.S. Seefoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there because I hurted my knee and it was pretty painful, I couldn't barely walk. However, I'm aware It wasn't an urgency thus I was prepared to wait forever. Luckily, it was a bit less than 2h in total, so I call that a fast service. The personel was really nice and laidback, I appreciate the good vibes :) I'm just a bit surprised that to arrive to the emergency room it takes quite a walk from the entrance!
