Io vorrei dare 0!!! Arrivo alle 15:45, dimissioni all'1:00 (di notte!) di un lunedì qualsiasi = 9 ORE al pronto soccorso... Mi hanno bucato 3 volte in 3 punti diversi per un banale esame del sangue, il cui esito c'ha messo 5 ore ad arrivare. Arrivo con un forte dolore toracico e gli dico già IO che so di soffrire di reflusso, la diagnosi dopo 9 ore é: una forte epigastralgia. Ma va?!? Mi dimettono alle 01:00, mentre io ho pesanti crampi, nausea e dolori atroci, SENZA darmi niente (ho problemi di stomaco, non posso assumere niente per via orale, fatemi una puntura o una flebo di un antidolorifico, fosse anche solo paracetamolo, no?!) e mi prescrivono il Tachidol, ma dove lo trovo in piena notte??? E DIRE CHE SONO ANDATA LÌ APPOSTA PER LA NOMEA... PESSIMO PRONTO SOCCORSO!!! SALVO SOLO GLI INFERMIERI, CHE SONO GENTILI AL 90% PS: in periodo di pandemia, mettere solo 2 bagni a disposizione di TUTTI i pazienti del p.s., senza neanche distinzione tra maschi e femmine, che non ho mai visto pulire né sanificare nelle oltre 9 ore che sono stata lí, non mi sembra molto igienico in un ospedale!
I would like to give 0 !!! Arrival at 3.45pm, discharge at 1.00am (at night!) On any Monday = 9 HOURS in the emergency room ... They punched me 3 times in 3 different places for a trivial blood test, which took 5 hours to complete. I arrive with severe chest pain and I already tell him I know I suffer from reflux, the diagnosis after 9 hours is: a strong epigastralgia. But go?!? They discharge me at 01:00, while I have heavy cramps, nausea and excruciating pain, WITHOUT giving me anything (I have stomach problems, I can not take anything orally, give me a shot or a drip of a painkiller, even if only paracetamol, no ?!) and they prescribe Tachidol, but where can I find it in the middle of the night ??? AND TO SAY THAT I WENT THERE APPROPRIATE FOR THE NOMEA ... BAD FIRST AID !!! EXCEPT ONLY NURSES, WHO ARE 90% KIND PS: in a pandemic period, making only 2 toilets available to ALL PS patients, without even distinguishing between males and females, which I have never seen cleaned or sanitized in the over 9 hours that I have been there, does not seem very hygienic in a hospital!

Buon giorno Oggi ho portato mio figlio di 9 anni perché non riusciva più a camminare per forte dolore ai tendini dopo 1 settimana di antinfiammatori. È stato dimesso dopo due ore con gli stessi antinfiammatori perché di sabato non fanno esami strumentali e perché 2 anni fa è stato operato in altra struttura. Complimenti
Good morning Today I took my 9 year old son because he could no longer walk due to severe pain in his tendons after 1 week of anti-inflammatories. He was discharged after two hours with the same anti-inflammatories because they do not do instrumental tests on Saturdays and because 2 years ago he was operated on in another facility. Well done

Il tempo medio di attesa in questo pronto soccorso (codice bianco) dalle 4 - 5 ore e il personale non è propenso nel dare informazioni. Se ti aggiri nei corridoi facile accesso a documenti lasciati liberi e chiunque può prenderli. Anche frigoriferi con MEDICINALI di Facile Accesso! Il pronto soccorso non è dei migliori della regione Lombardia - NON LO CONSIGLIO!
The average waiting time in this emergency room (white code) is 4 - 5 hours and the staff are not inclined to give information. If you wander in the corridors easy access to documents left free and anyone can take them. Even refrigerators with Easy Access MEDICINES! The emergency room is not the best in the Lombardy region - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very fast and very professional! From the moment we entered, to the moment a nurse called us, some 20 minutes passed, which is excellent for Milano's emergency hospitals, when you have green code (codice verde). Nurse was very polite, took all data and gave first aid and after some 10 minutes a specialist received us. Doctor was very polite and explained everything. Even though it is a bit remote it is well connected with the city (tram 4, different metro lines, etc.). I give 4 stars only because of its location (not so convenient for people coming from other side of the city)

Absolutely the most horrible and humiliating experience ever. Super strong pain in the lungs plus a high dimer. Several pain attacks in the emergency, silenced with a phycho treatment hidden in a glass of water. Permanently told, that I canot speak Italian, that I could go back to France, and that nobody is "gonna change my reality here in Milan ... darling". (!!??) Back home, worrying about an embolia and coughing blood. Grazie mille, Dr. C. M. - Hopefully you will never get sick abroad and you won't be degraded like that!

I see many people complaining about the wait times and the attitudes of the people working here so I would like to put a few things into perspective, especially for those of you who are not Italian and may have to come here. I am not enrolled in the Italian NHS so I do not have tessera sanitaria. Nevertheless, I went in and explained, told them my issue and they admitted me to the back to wait. Everyone I had to speak to was extremely helpful and told me explicitly what to do, where to wait for my turn etc. In terms of attitude of the staff, I found everyone to be extremely nice; but please understand that we are 1) dealing with a pandemic on top of people coming in with other minor to major emergencies and 2) they tell everyone what to do and where to wait several times and so yeah, I did hear them get snippy with patients, but my patience would run low too if I was being harassed by the same people over and over about information that was either out of my hands or already given. The workers at reception and calling names are doing their best, but it is not up to them how fast the line moves. About wait times, I did see several people that came in after me, get called to see a doctor before me. This doesn’t bother me because they were either rushed in on a stretcher or it was needless to say that whatever issue they had required more immediate attention than mine. Overall, I spent a little over 3 hours in total; the majority of it waiting to be seen. The doctors I spoke with were attentive, personable, knowledgeable and patient with me. Italian is not my first language and though I consider myself fluent, trying to express health issues and concerns in the ER late at night in your second language is always going to be a struggle. Regardless, the doctors still made sure they had a full understanding of what was wrong before proceeding and I appreciate this immensely. Overall I am quite satisfied with the care I received. While I hope to not have to visit the ER anytime soon, should I have to, I will return here.
