Improvvisati, non puntuali e non attrezzati, si sono presentati a casa mia per un problema alla caldaia senza la strumentazione adeguata e hanno sentenziato che fosse un problema di canna fumaria grazie ad una prova fatta con un accendino. Niente rilevazioni serie né scontrini con i rilievi stampati. Hanno chiesto 30€ di uscita e mi hanno consigliato di far ispezionare la canna fumaria. Chiamato un altro tecnico (150€!!!) è uscito con tutte le attrezzature del caso e, documentazione alla mano, ha visto che non si trattava di un problema alla canna fumaria ma della caldaia. Ho ricontattato la Martesana Gas che mi ha suggerito di rivolgermi ad un altro centro assistenza perchè loro non erano in grado di risolvere il mio problema!!! Ed ora i 180€ già spesi chi me li rende?!?!?! Very bad experience !!! Avoid them warmly! Improvised, not punctual and not equipped, they showed up at my house because of a problem with the boiler without the proper equipment and they ruled that it was a chimney problem thanks to a test done with a lighter. No serious surveys or receipts with printed reliefs. They asked for a € 30 exit and they advised me to have the chimney inspected. Called another technician (€ 150 !!!) he came out with all the necessary equipment and, documentation in hand, saw that it was not a problem with the chimney but of the boiler. I contacted Martesana Gas who suggested that I contact another service center because they were unable to solve my problem !!! And now the 180 € already spent who gives them to me?!?!?!

Better to lose it than find it! The unwillingness and violence with which the owner replies to posts is also curious. Embarrassing.
C	Chiara Finazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon per il check up della caldaia e il fornitore si è rifiutato di fissare un appuntamento se avessi chiesto di utilizzare il coupon; viceversa, a prezzo "non scontato groupon" disponibile a fissare il check up della mia caldaia. Scorretto e poco professionale rimanere online sul sito di groupon per cercare di acquisire nuova clientela senza però garantire loro il servizio offerto tramite Groupon. SCONSIGLIO. I bought a coupon on Groupon for the boiler check up and the supplier refused to make an appointment if I asked to use the coupon; vice versa, at a "non-discounted groupon" price available to fix the check up of my boiler. It is unfair and unprofessional to stay online on the groupon site to try to acquire new customers without guaranteeing them the service offered through Groupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
D	Dalia Omini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato un appartamento con vecchissima caldaia che dava problemi e ne ho acquistata una più evoluta per sicurezza . i signori hanno rifatto la intero impianto per la condensazione. da allora un problema dietro la altro di perdite d acqua che hanno innaffiato la cucina rovinandola .puntualissimi per fare i controlli di rito e prendere i soldi , terribili come assistenza .. una volta con la cucina allagata e mille chiamate si sono rifiutati di uscire ritenendo che non fosse un problema del sistema elettrico che rovinava il flessibile( non vero perché era la cassetta della pompetta sporca che perdeva ) ! richiamati per un problema grave : caloriferi a mille e ago della pressione che oscillava impazzito oltre il cono di sicurezza si sono preoccupati solo di chiedere i soldi dell' uscita per poi di fronte al pericolo e alla minaccia di denuncia se non uscivano immediatamente sbattere giù la cornetta e non rispondere più tramite nessun canale , anche scritto ...: MA SE TUTTE LE VOSTRE RECENSIONI SONO NEGATIVE NON VI FATE QUALCHE DOMANDA ???? TUTTI GLI TRI SBAGLIANO E SOLO VOI NEL GIUSTO ?? VERGOGNA! I bought an apartment with a very old boiler that was causing problems and I bought a more advanced one for safety. the gentlemen have redone the entire condensation system. since then a problem behind the other of water leaks that have watered the kitchen ruining it. that it was not a problem with the electrical system that ruined the hose (not true because it was the dirty pump box leaking)! recalled for a serious problem: heaters with a thousand and a pressure needle that swung madly beyond the safety cone they only bothered to ask for the exit money and then faced the danger and the threat of complaint if they did not immediately go out and slam down the handset and no longer answer through any channel, even written ...: BUT IF ALL YOUR REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE DO NOT ASK ANY QUESTIONS ???? ALL THE TRI ARE WRONG AND ONLY YOU IN THE RIGHT ?? SHAME!
