Personalmente da Monza vengo a Sesto perché sono tempestivi nella gestione delle pratiche e non necessitando di appuntamento i tempi sono sicuramente ridotti per presentare la documentazione, ovviamente questo però richiede pazienza nell'attesa del proprio turno della fila. Competent, helpful and courteous staff. They are professional and provide answers to any doubts. Personally, I come to Sesto from Monza because they are timely in handling the paperwork and as they do not require an appointment, the times are certainly reduced to present the documentation, obviously this requires patience while waiting for your turn in line.

Una volta che ti presenti e lo scopri, non solo non si scusano, ma risultano menefreghisti e sgarbati. Consiglio vivamente il CAF nella stessa via ma al civico 171, dove mi sono dovuta recare senza appuntamento a causa degli errori dell'altro CAF, ma in cui sono stata accolta con estrema cortesia e professionalità. On the phone they give completely wrong information about the documentation to be provided and the costs. Once you introduce yourself and find out, not only do they not apologize, but they are careless and rude. I highly recommend the CAF in the same street but at number 171, where I had to go without an appointment due to the mistakes of the other CAF, but where I was welcomed with extreme courtesy and professionalism.

Innanzitutto non erano a conoscenza del fatto che ad oggi la legge permette di richiedere la maternità flessibile 0+5. Inoltre ho sempre chiesto un appuntamento per evitare la folla (in periodo COVID) e non stare troppo tempo in piedi dato che non hanno una sala d'attesa, ma al telefono mi è sempre stato detto che non ricevono su appuntamento e che le donne incinte avrebbero avuto la precedenza. Nonostante ciò sono andata due volte e in nessuna delle due hanno rispettato questa regola (ero a 39 settimane di gravidanza). Alla mia richiesta di passare avanti uno dei dipendenti mi ha detto "sai quante donne incinte arrivano" e che gli altri avevano l'appuntamento e per questo dovevo aspettare.... Mi sono fatta restituire la quota associativa di 60 euro e sono andata via. I turned to them for maternity services. Non solo non ho ricevuto alcuna scusa, anzi, pure un trattamento arrogante da parte dell'operatrice che sostiene che ha oltre 15mila pratiche da seguire e non solo la nostra! Ovvio che abbiamo ripreso tutta la pratica, ma non finisce qui! Cambiate mestiere! Non sapete trattare col pubblico! Assurdo! Absolutely not professional at all, today I discover that a succession file has been standing on the desk of an operator for three months, I say 3 months !! Not only did I not receive any excuses, on the contrary, even an arrogant treatment from the operator who claims that she has over 15 thousand files to follow and not just ours!
