D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco perché si chiede l appuntamento per una prestazione poi quando si va il giorno stabilito dice che non ho l appuntamento oppure che quel tipo di prestazione voi non lo fate, eppure ci siamo seduti a parlare al tavolo qualche giorno prima, ora capisco il troppo lavoro però dare un appuntamento per una prestazione per poi dire noi non la facciamo mi sembra assurdo I don't understand why you ask for an appointment for a performance then when you go on the appointed day it says that I don't have an appointment or that you don't do that type of performance, yet we sat down to talk at the table a few days earlier, now I understand too much I work, however, making an appointment for a performance and then saying we don't do it seems absurd to me

S	Sconosciuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due anni l'agenzia delle entrate si sveglia e mi appioppa 1200€ di tangenti da pagare allo stato che comprendono oltre 300€ di sanzioni ed interessi dovuti all'errore del CAF. In quell'occasione il CAF, non solo mi disse che non c'era niente da pagare, ma mi disse pure che invece, avrei dovuto RICEVERE dei soldi! Incompetenti! Rispondo qui perché non trovo la funzione per la controriposta: Ho chiamato una settimana fa, ho lasciato nome e numero di telefono. Ho parlato con una operatrice che mi ha risposto che certe cose non le la lei, per cui avrebbe parlato col suo commercialista e poi mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Ho detto anche se potevano fare qualcosa a distanza perché per un po' non sarò a Rho. Quindi non mi sto nascondendo ma avete sia il mio nominativo che il mio recapito telefonico. Gli interessi e le sanzioni sono dovuti al fatto che voi non mi avete compilato il modulo F24 a tempo debito. E io vi feci anche notare che in un messaggio dell'INPS comparivano importi a debito. Ma mi venne risposto:"No, quelli sono rimborsi da avere. Ma le pare che se c'era un F24 da pagare non glielo compilavano?" Esatto. Non lo avete compilato. Gaetano After two years the tax office wakes up and gives me 1200 € of bribes to be paid to the state which include over 300 € of penalties and interest due to the error of the CAF. On that occasion the CAF, not only told me that there was nothing to pay, but also told me that instead, I should RECEIVE some money! Incompetent! I answer here because I can't find the function for the counter-reply: I called a week ago, left my name and phone number. I spoke to an operator who replied that some things are not hers, so she would speak to her accountant and then she would let me know. I also said if they could do something remotely because I won't be in Rho for a while. So I'm not hiding but you have both my name and my telephone number. The interest and penalties are due to the fact that you did not fill out the F24 form in due time. And I also pointed out that in a message from INPS there were amounts in debt. But I was told: "No, those are refunds to have. But do you think that if there was an F24 to pay, they wouldn't fill it in?" Exactly. You have not filled it in. Gaetano
