Atteso un'altra ora l'esecuzione del tampone in area covid, nonostante 2 tamponi negativi mi hanno lasciato 1 giorno e una notte in area covid, della serie se non ce l'avevo me l'hanno fatto prendere. Valutato da un medico radiologo che definisce gli esami del sangue regolari, alla dimissione scopro che erano una guerra stellare***. In generale svogliatezza, superficialità ed incompetenza di medici ed infermieri (se ne salvano forse 2 o 3),complimenti invece agli oss. Servizio di pulizie quasi inesistente, in 24h sono passati una volta a pulire il pavimento area covid...immaginiamo altrove!!! La sanità pubblica va registrata da testa a coda!!! Ospedale S. Carlo da evitare come la peste. Arrived by ambulance and expected the triage with low saturation for 1h. Waited another hour for the swab in the covid area, despite 2 negative swabs they left me 1 day and one night in the covid area, of the series if I didn't have it they made me take it. Evaluated by a radiologist who sets up regular blood tests, on discharge I discover that they were a star war ***. In general listlessness, superficiality and incompetence of doctors and nurses (maybe 2 or 3 are saved), congratulations instead to the obs. Cleaning service almost non-existent, in 24h they passed once to clean the floor in the covid area ... imagine elsewhere !!! Public health must be registered head to tail !!! S. Carlo hospital to be avoided like the plague.

M	Maria Pizzarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato stamattina la mia mamma, di 86 anni a fare un esame del sangue, purtroppo mia madre ha il problema che non gli trovano le vele, ho fatto presente alle infermiere della problematica, mi hanno detto di stare tranquilla e quando è arrivato il nostro turno, l'infermiera "Paradiso" persona veramente gentile e molto professionale...ha preso in carico mia madre … beh non ci crederete ha trovato la vena al primo colpo.......grazie signora Paradiso lei è stata veramente una grande professionista...con ironia e molta professionalità ha trasmesso tranquillità a mia madre. D	Davide Maffei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho trascorso oltre 7 ore in questo pronto soccorso. Probabilmente se ci fossi stato solo io avremmo risolto in meno di un'ora. Ho portato pazienza in quanto l'attesa era giustificata da continue urgenze che potevo verificare personalmente. Il personale non ha nemmeno cenato per la grande mole di lavoro e comunque sono stati tutti gentili e disponibili. Ci si arrabbia quando non si sa cosa c'è dietro, ci vuole comprensione e bisognerebbe arrabbiarsi con la politica, non con gli operatori. I state that I spent over 7 hours in this emergency room. Probably if only I had been there we would have solved it in less than an hour. I took patience as the wait was justified by continuous urgencies that I could verify personally. The staff did not even have dinner due to the large amount of work and in any case they were all kind and helpful. We get angry when we don't know what's behind it, we need understanding and we should get angry with politics, not with the operators.
A	Antonio Maira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati dalle 8:20 alle 15:00 per avere una piccola attenzione , occhio gonfio e in contemporanea si gonfiava anche l’altro . Chiedo un antistaminico perche per loro non ero nessuno ma semplicemente un essere li su una sedia . Chiediamo informazioni per la tempistica e la risposta è; se vuole se ne può andare via , infermiere molto cordiale !!! Sconsiglio e per fortuna a Milano ci sono ospedali organizzati al meglio ( Niguarda e San Raffaele ) We were from 8:20 to 15:00 to get a little attention, one swollen eye and at the same time the other swelled too. I ask for an antihistamine because for them I was nobody but simply being there in a chair. We ask for timing information and the answer is; if you want you can go away, very friendly nurse !!! I do not recommend and luckily in Milan there are better organized hospitals (Niguarda and San Raffaele)
d	davide lorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata mia figlia di 4 anni al pronto soccorso, dopo due ore e mezza, senza nessuno che la visitasse, si viene a sapere che l'unica pediatra disponibile é impegnata in un altro reparto, ce ne siamo dovuti tornare a casa. Bastava dirlo e avremmo fatto il giro di tutti gli ospedali di Milano nel frattempo. Davvero scandaloso che questa sia la sanità in Italia. Taking my 4-year-old daughter to the emergency room, after two and a half hours, without anyone visiting her, we learn that the only pediatrician available is working in another ward, we had to go home. It was enough to say it and we would have made the rounds of all the hospitals in Milan in the meantime. Really scandalous that this is healthcare in Italy.
D	DJ MAGIUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stasera mi reco al ps per un forte dolore all'addome , mi fanno sedere in sala d'attesa....dopo 3 ore chiedo informazioni , mi dicono lei e codice bianco deve aspettare ok dopo un oretta il medico mi indica e dice al infermiera fra 10 minuti fagli prelievi ....aspetto passano altre 40 minuti , chiedo al infermiera mi dice ci sono altre 5 persone avanti a lei .... ciao sono andato via ... bastava che l'accettazione infermiere mi avrebbe detto , guarda che saresti codice bianco ...ti conviene consultare il tuo medico curante.. invece no prima mi fanno aspettare piu' di 5 ore poi ti avvertono che devi stare li tutta la notte ..... a malincuore sono andato via con dolore all'addome... tonight I go to the ps for severe pain in the abdomen, they make me sit in the waiting room .... after 3 hours I ask for information, they tell me and code white has to wait ok after an hour the doctor points me and tells the nurse in 10 minutes give him blood samples ....
