G	Giorgio Vernizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 2/3/2022 alle 8:30 mi reco in officina Opel per programmato aggiornamento software motore segnalato da stellantis. All’atto della prenotazione, dieci giorni prima, avevo chiesto anche il montaggio di un sensore pneumatico ant dx in quanto rotto,ovviamente a mie spese. All’accettazione mi viene detto che il sensore deve essere ordinato dal che deduco che nessuno lo ha ordinato dieci gg prima. Lascio la vettura, una Opel Astra sw, e dopo un paio d’ore l’accettazione mi informa che il costo del sensore montato è di circa €200. Ohibò più di un otturazione dal dentista. Ma ormai sono in ballo e dico di procedere. Giovedì 3/3 nel pom inoltrato torno in officina per ritirare la vettura ma l’accettazione, dopo alcuni minuti d’imbarazzo, mi informa che, per una dimenticanza, il sensore non è stato montato. Sono le 16:30 e chiedo che mi venga montato ma l’officina è piena di lavoro e l’intervento deve essere rimandato. Peccato che io necessiti del veicolo per impegni del giorno successivo (oggi) Per cui decido di ritirarlo sperando in cuor mio che almeno l’intervento sul software motore sia stato eseguito. La sorpresa però c’è sempre: il display che riportava la pressione degli altri tre pneumatici non segnala più nulla. Alla mia rimostranza mi viene farfugliato che è stato fatto un reset che può essere ovviato solo al montaggio del sensore mancante. Me ne vado trasecolato. Oltre al danno anche la beffa! Voto? Inclassificabili On 2/3/2022 at 8:30 am I go to the Opel workshop for a scheduled engine software update reported by stellantis. At the time of booking, ten days earlier, I also asked for the installation of a front right pneumatic sensor as it was broken, obviously at my expense. Upon acceptance, I am told that the sensor must be ordered from which I deduce that no one has ordered it ten days before. Too bad I need the vehicle for next day's (today) commitments So I decide to withdraw it, hoping in my heart that at least the intervention on the engine software has been carried out. But the surprise is always there: the display showing the pressure of the other three tires no longer signals anything. To my grievance I am mumbled that a reset has been made which can only be remedied by fitting the missing sensor. I leave in shock. In addition to injury, there is also insult! Vote? Unclassifiable

Oggi,ad anno di distanza,ho avuto bisogno di un rabbocco di liquido refrigerante in velocità. Mi sono presentato chiedendo aiuto ed in meno di 5 minuti sono uscito con l'auto a posto. Davvero un applauso anche al post vendita e servizio officina. Grazie Really faultless. I bought my Crossland a year ago and I had a really great time with Alessandro's sales assistance. Today, a year later, I needed a topping up of coolant at speed. I showed up asking for help and in less than 5 minutes I went out with the car in place. Really applause also to the after sales and workshop service. Thank you
