★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li salvano infermieri e dottori disponibili e medici. A livello organizzativo sono pessimi. Rimozione ciste in day hospital, tempone gg prima alle 8.30 di mattina, chiedo info aull'operazione mi dicono che mi avvisano loro.
Quel giorno non ricevo chiamate, nel pomeriggio chiamo io, impossibile parlare con un'operatore anche generico.
A che ora devo essere in ospedale? Con che documenti? Devo essere a digiuno? Solo Dio lo sa.
Per scrupolo mi presento il gg dell'operazione alle 7 a chiedere informazioni. MI rimandano a casa (50 min di strada) dicendomi di "aspettare la chiamata".
Mi chiamano dopo 2h dicendomi: "Riesce a venire in ospedale? Ora c'è un paziente la prossima è lei".
Chiedo dell'esito del tampone e faccio presente che per scrupolo mi ero presentata alle 7 a chiedere informazioni e mi avevano rimandato a casa. Risposta: "Ah. Beh alla fine è giusto".
Prima che l'operatrice metta giú riesco almeno a chiedere dove devo presentarmi.
Continuo a stare a digiuno perché credo sia giusto anche se nessuno mi ha detto nulla al riguardo (grande intuizione si rivela corretta).
Ritorno in ospedale, all'accettazione, 1 solo sportello per i ricoveri e altre pratiche. Operatrice gestisce 2 persone e mezzo in 45 min. Ho ormai perso le speranze finché e scende una persona dal reparto a cercarmi. Mi fanno passare perché devo essere operata.
Ragazzi, sulla comunicazione se potessi darei zero stelle.

That day I do not receive calls, in the afternoon I call, impossible to speak with even a generic operator.
What time do I have to be in the hospital? With what documents? Should I be fasting? Only God knows.
For the sake of scruple, I show up on the day of the operation at 7 to ask for information. They send me back home (50 min drive) telling me to "wait for the call".
They call me after 2h and say: "Can you come to the hospital? Now there is a patient, the next is you".
I ask about the result of the swab and I would like to point out that for the sake of scruple I had presented myself at 7 to ask for information and they had sent me home. Answer: "Ah. Well in the end it is right."
Before the operator puts it down I can at least ask where I should introduce myself.
I keep fasting because I believe it is right even though no one has told me anything about it (great intuition turns out to be correct).
Return to hospital, on admission, only 1 counter for admissions and other practices. Operator manages 2 and a half people in 45 min. I have now lost hope until a person comes down from the ward to look for me. They let me through because I have to be operated on.
Guys, on communication if I could I would give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente vado per fare una tac, neanche un camice da coprirsi per chi fa l’esame, mi trattengono due ecografie dicendomi che mi saranno restituite quando ritirerò il referto, il giorno del ritiro. Non si trovano più mi dicono che mi faranno sapere ma nessuno chiama.
Richiamo io ma nessuno risponde dalla radiologia.
Un consiglio non andate assolutamente.

Absolutely to be avoided, I go for a CT scan, not even a smock to cover for those who do the exam, I am detained by two ultrasound scans telling me that they will be returned to me when I collect the report on the day of collection. They are no longer found they tell me they will let me know but no one calls.
I'll call back but no one responds from radiology.
A tip do not go absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È incredibile, dal sito ti dicono che puoi prenotare anche online e che sarai richiamato entro 48/72 ore, cosa che poi non succede. La prima volta mi hanno inviato la mail di risposta un mese dopo che avevo inviato la richiesta e nel frattempo avevo provveduto a fissare l'appuntamento presso il Cup. Questa seconda volta, passati i termini previsti nel loro sito, ancora nessuno mi ha contattato e dovrò recarmi personalmente alloro Cup. È una vergogna! Resta che ho dato 1 stella perché non potevo fare di meno.
It's incredible, from the site they tell you that you can also book online and that you will be called back within 48/72 hours, which then doesn't happen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had me waiting 7 hours for an ankle sprain. After 7 hours they finally passed me through, only for the same person that saw me at the beginning to say "oh you have an ankle sprain, please wait for maybe another hour while the radiologist comes". Never even looked at my ankle or examined it. Worst attention I've gotten from any service in my entire life.

That took 20 minutes.
We feel they're being racist. Everyone who was before us, left and people free us after almost gone too.
We're vunerable and cannot go anywhere
And you Italians are lazy, unprofessional and disappointing.
