β β β β β WORST parking service in Italy, maybe Europe.
You are asked to call an hour before wanting to pick up your car. As you arrive the car is not there. The staff is very rude and doesnt speak a word of English. After waiting for half an hour they βtellβ you it will be there in 5 minutes. 1,5 hour later they bring the wrong car!! Another 45 minute later the car finally arrives. Horrible service.
If you like to wait 3 hour for your car after a day of visiting you should go here. If not, this will defenitely nuke your day.

β β β β β Unfortunately it is not possible to give -7493 stars because this would be well deserved. We left our Tesla at this garage and everything was still good, they told us that we should call one hour before we pick up the car. So, next morning we called at 9am and they told us so sorry, we can pick up the car only at 11. I got a bit angry because the price for one night is 38EUR and I expect some service for that.
We arrived at 11am and around 50 people waited in the small street, all really angry because some already waited for 2 hours for their car. People who worked there were not really able to tell us when the car will arrive.
Finally we waited until 1pm until they arrived with our car.
This is a once in a lifetime. Go there if you want to waste some time and connect with a group of angry people.

β β β β β Small parking place, so they take your car to another location, takes 30 min to return it. Payment can be made by cash only but it is not announced previously. Unfriendly and arrogant sataff, when is a querrel 6 of them will be there to intimidate you. Avoid.

β β β β β Booked 1 night through the hotel. It is important to know that the cars are mostly valeted to offsite - which we did beforehand, and which wouldn't have surprised us anyways given the location 200m from the Piazza. Rate via hotel was 31 euro including ZTL registration (crossing fingers). Unlike other reviews, we had no issues with picking up car - we called ahead 1 hour and the car was brought exactly on time. It was a Sunday morning - but in high season - and I can imagine that in rush hour traffic or busy times that delays can happen given the confined area. Yes, the employees aren't effusively friendly (what does one expect early on a Sunday or in a high tourist area), but efficient and spoke English well enough. I would park here again.

β β β β β Do yourself a favor and don't leave your car there. They seem to be a normal parking service, but they will park your car in a restricted area - a few months later I had to pay a huge bill.
This is not professional - this is a rip-off!!!

β β β β β After I have parked my car here, I have seen bad reviews. Then I was so concerned, and checked other parking and it is also bad, at least the one I checked. knowing that I have been cheated on . But , the guy was clear with me. He said it will cost 7 euro per hour and maximum of 30 Euros per day + 4 euro city tax. He was so nice and shared with us a map of the city. I was told to call one hour before collecting the car. I guess they will park the car somewhere else and they have one hour to bring it. I did call before my planned collection and he told me the car is available here and I can collect it anytime. I came in and the car was waiting for me. Both guys were so nice and friendly and wish us a good night.
