★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Гугл карты построили отвратительный маршрут в близи отеля, то выходило на пешеходную улицу, то под кирпич. Чтобы попасть в номер нужно пройти много ступенек.
Google maps built a disgusting route in the vicinity of the hotel, then went out on a pedestrian street, then under a brick. To get to the room you need to go through a lot of steps.

o dovuto pagare anche il parcheggio per 3 giorni 60 €
Bad house even though 2 steps from the center, I had requested their house outside Florence .H
or have to pay for parking for 3 days 60 €

la casa è in ottima posizione, grandissima e ben disposta.
Con un minimo di cura in più e qualche piccolo accorgimento ( qualcuno di noi ha dormito su un divano letto sfondato oltre che sporco) la casa sarebbe un gioiello, essendo in pieno centro.
Il proprietario gentile, certo, questa critica infatti, non è una polemica, quanto un'esortazione a fare meglio, perchè davvero meriterebbe 5 stelle se si ponesse più attenzione a semplici dettagli.
Huge potential misused,
the house is in an excellent position, very large and well laid out.
With a minimum of extra care and a few small tricks (some of us slept on a broken as well as dirty sofa bed) the house would be a jewel, being in the center.
The kind owner, of course, this criticism is not a controversy, but an exhortation to do better, because it really deserves 5 stars if more attention was paid to simple details.
