★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for the best parking in Florence? Here we are!!! Safe and secure parking by Ponte Vecchio (walking distance). The parking is situated in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Moreover, the team will deal with your number plate avoiding penalties!!! Amazing team, strongly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great trouble in reaching this garage, the last 150 meters were designated as restricted pedestrian area. I could not enter the Via de' Guicciardini on to Borgo S. Jacopo, there even was a police car on the corner, they told me I could not enter. So I entered the restricted ZTL, but could not get all the way to the garage to whitelist my licenseplate. As a result I receive a fine from the city of Florence.
So think twice before you decide to park here. I contacted the owners about this situation, but they cannot help me. They asked for my reservation. However, a reservation is, according to their website, not always needed because they have sufficient parking places at all times.

I am using this garage since 2019 as long term customer and I have all my cars parked there permanetly - there is simply no better place to go. The staff is outstanding and always going the extra mile to have your car in perfect care and ready anytime. The downtown location is absolutely perfect and it allows for entering the "ZTL" car free zones and local pedestrain area. Whether you just drop in for a day visit or plan to stay longer (check for monthly offers) - this is my garage of choice. Never had anything remotely to complain about - the service is impeccable and luxury cars have a safe place to stay (the entrance/exit ramp is Ferrari proof). Recommend 100% and please don't get fooled by the low star ratings - some tourists apparently fail to comprehend the very basic concept of a serviced garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice garage in center of town. Due to ZLT easy acces as there is only few car traffic. 29 euro for a day is not that much if you compare it with other major cities. Friendly people working there, especially when they make a compliment of my car ;-). Highly recommended.

Good value for money considering.
Just note for non Italians, you may get freaked out about driving right into the heart of Florence but it is ok, the ZTL or charge zones do not apply when putting your car into this garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel lucky to have found this garage on my first drive into central Firenze. Location was great and staff very professional! I am only now learning about the ZTL fines, so I am definitely hoping they put my plate on the so called “white list”.

Bad stuff:
Two of the Girls in our group needed to use their bathroom facilities and were asking for directions, an employee put his arms around them and got very physical while giving directions.
Do not leave girls / young women unattended with these guys.
When we went to retrieve the cars, without going into too much detail, they got aggressive and impatient, honked at us, etc. Extremely uncomfortable situation, they didn't care about us as customers or our cars.
They were unfriendly throughout the entire experience, they clearly don't like handling tourists or customers unfamiliar with their system.
Good:
Parking process is straightforward, leave them your keys and they position the car, standard process in Garages like these.
--Note--:
Reaching this garage is tricky for foreigners, the directions on their website work but you do need to drive through pedestrian areas, don't
get confused.
TL;DR: Use this Garage only if no other options are available.
If you are a tourist, expect to be treated badly.
