Se non hanno ancora aggiornato bisogna solo fare un attimo attenzione quando si arriva perché su maps non è indicato di preciso dove si trova; una volta arrivati sulla via indicata bisogna procedere ancora un po' avanti e, superate le poste, il garage si trova vicino al negozio di ottica Cecchi! Al momento della mia uscita la signora mi comunica che e’ fuori con il cane e che in circa 30 minuti quando avrebbe fatto rientro al garage mi avrebbe chiamato. causa una normale e innocua incomprensione in buona fede reciproca, ove lei sosteneva in modo decisamente offensivo che avevamo stabilito L incontro del ritiro della mia auto esattamente 30 min dopo la telefonata e non avendo io capito così, dopo circa 15 minuti da quell orario L ho richiamata per dirle che se era rientrata sarei andata in quel momento a ritirare L auto e la signora mi ha verbalmente insultata e offesa dicendo addirittura che non avrebbe voluto essere pagata perché la mia maleducazione nel non essermi presentata all orario che lei Sosteneva fosse stato stabilito le ha rovinato la giornata e la passeggiata col cane. ha maleducatamente non voluto ascoltare alcuna mia parola e trattata per tanto malissimo. Mi sono sentita molto offesa e non accolta come cliente ne come persona. Per lavorare ci vuole passione e cordialità, cosa che qui assolutamente non ho trovato e per tanto mi sento in dovere di sconsigliare vivamente questo ambiente. ZERO STELLE PER LA MALEDUCAZIONE. The communication isnt easy if you don't speak Italian, but the old lady helped us to understand the conditions of booking.
