★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To arrive at this garage - you will go trough a limited traffic zone (ztl) and you will pay a fine. The garage will tell you they can cancel the fine- but they didn’t cancel ours. we got it from italy 7 months later. Its 90 eur so no joke. Watch for ztl zones- they are all over Florence. Get a map. Gps does not detect them. And once you get to the sign it might be impossible to turn around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did business with this company because the hotel we stayed outsourced the parking service to them. They picked up our car and brought it back to the hotel after our check-out. The car had a scratch on it that wasn’t there before. We confrontated the company with it, but the guy barely spoke english, was very unproffesional and constantly screamed “impossible, impossible”. He left us without offering any solution. By treating your customers this way, we do not recommend anyone to park your car at this garage.
Edit: Thanks for your reply 6 months after the event. I am not from England either, however I am able to speak English. You can check the camera if you want and can come back to me with your conclusions. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked my car here as per the recommendation of Hotel Baccaccio. The issue for me was that they don’t speak any English. I called them in advance to ask them to get my car ready, but they did not understand and they hung up on me. When I showed up, it took them 20 minutes to free up my car from their packed garage. I requested to visually inspect the vehicle before payment, but that wasn’t possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable experience, i waited an extra hour for my car even though I reserved in advance. My car was returned scratched on the side with noticeably less amount of gas when I left it. When I tried to show him, he was rude and wouldnt acknowledge me.
Avoid this pos at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE ABSOLUTE WORST GARAGE IN ITALY!! We waited TWO HOURS after calling an hour in advance for our car. The workers there are horrible! Decided to take smoke breaks while 15-20 people waited for their cars. They kept taking cars in versus giving people their cars so they can leave and open up spots.
