If you're looking for entertainment and good drinks, look no further than Cencio la Parolaccia. As soon as you enter, the staff will treat you as part of their own family. You will feel as if you walked into the middle of a family dinner with plenty of fun banter and jokes, which you will immediately be a part of.

My wife is Italian and she hooted throughout the language wordplay and entertainment. Not for those adverse to more than naughty jokes and personal insults. Reminded me of an Italian version of Don Rickles - insults for all. The food was very good, but the show is key.

Great place! Live Italian music and the waiters are part of the show. I don’t speak Italian, but was happy to go along with the ribbing and ribald entertainment. Everyone there was having the time of their life. Its a great place with an awesome atmosphere, but I imagine if their are too many non Italian speakers in attendance it would effect the atmosphere. The food was tasty too!

We were only here for 15 minutes on December 6th, but within that short amount of time, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My friend was in Rome to visit me, because I'm studying here. She doesn't speak Italian, and I speak beginner level. As we sat down, the waiter immediately came up to us. In English, I was trying to ask my friend what she wanted to drink. She didn't hear me at first since it was loud. As I was trying to ask her again, the waiter left and went over to the table next to us. He started talking badly about us in Italian with the table next to us. He was making fun of us for speaking English, and they were all staring at us and laughing. My friend doesn't speak Italian at all, so I was in the middle of explaining to her what was happening. Another waiter came up and took our drink orders. After he took our drink orders, we asked for menus. When the waiter that was making fun of us came back to give us the menus, he took my friends glass of water and SHOVED IT IN HER FACE. And he started mocking us in English saying, "Water. Drink the water." My friend tried to ignore him, but he continued to shove the glass in her face and laugh with the table next to us. We immediately got up and went somewhere else. If you're a tourist or even someone who doesn't speak perfect Italian, don't even bother coming here. My friend was only in town for the weekend, and this was the only night we went out for dinner and it was ruined. We are both absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the staff.

Live music, comedy, traditional dishes, late night drinks. Stopped by here when we didn't want the night to end. Laughter and greetings as soon as you walk into the door. In the US we have similar restaurants like (Dick's Last Resort and Wiener's Circle) where we can get your fill of humiliation. It's all in good fun! You could feel the energy and spirit of all patrons. Wonderful time!

Very beautiful area for a walk both during the day and at night. Very friendly people and nice locations where you can serve a very good typical Italian food. In case you get lost, everyone is very jumpy to help you.

Very nice, small bar in a nice part of Trastevere, Roma. We enjoyed our afternoon wine with plateau with Italian cheeses and salami etc, watching the people walking by.
