Very authentic and overall awesome experience. Food is delicious but do not expect 5 stars restaurant service, it’s traditional home cooked and family owned small restaurant. If you plan to have a dinner you’ll wait for 15-20 mins in a queue with the locals

hasty and whiny service, I understand they were closing but it was embarrassing to continue to order the few things left on the menu while the waitress snorted holding the cigarettes in her hands that I think she wanted to smoke instead of being there. I understand, however the dishes arrived immediately, the pasta even after about 3 minutes, β€œcool” but cold and gloved,, the sauce was not bad, even the second arrived early and this too at room temperature like a parfait, not even a pass in the microwave .... My fault that I could not understand the place suitable for medium-level tourists and penniless students. Not for adults who are used to eating well.

I usually love the idea of a a small restaurant with limited choices, as the food is often spectacular and the atmosphere nice and informal. Pretty unimpressive food and the service was so impossibly rude it totally ruined the experience. I literally could not wait to get up and leave and regretted not doing so before sitting down. 100% you can find better food in Rome and 1000000% you can find better service.

It is a little place, and you must have a sneak pick view of the kitchen to understand what's cooking in there. Roma typical cuisine, the chef could definitely be my grandma, she knows how to cook like before industrial production of what's called now food. To enjoy the full menu you will have to come back several time, as there the daily specials. Thursday is gniochi for example (they are fabulous). We came many time, never been disappointed. Same for the bill prices here are Roman prices not tourist prices. Don't be fouled by the simplicity of the place, look inside your plate. We always eat outside, with COVID the inside is not ventilated enough, may be the only thing to change

Fantastic. Love every part of eating here. First and foremost the food is perfect. Proper, home cooked Italian food. No fussing about. Full of Italians (which is a good sign obviously) Ate here almost every day,.or at least as much as we could. Go. It's fantastic

If you are looking for a simple place, reasonable price, authentic roman style in the heart of trastevere, this place is one of those that I would recommend. Living here in Rome for the past 2 1/2 years, this place has been my refuge - during lock down until now. Ppl in this place are nice, they can be grumpy sometimes but most of the times very friendly. Try their Ravioli it will definitely makes you return, I also like their pollo alla romana of which I got the inspiration to cook my own version, beef rolls is also good. Different kind of tiramisu a cake version is also good. I also like their cake with pinenuts on top too. Best place for lunch, i remembered the moments I have and had each time. I will continue to support local and simple place to eat not to mention the location itself.

Perfect place to go for a typical Italian home cooking. From appetizers to the sweet desert every tasted great, the service was friendly and rather quisck considering main lunch time at which we have been there.

We ordered soup and cheese plate for starters, but they were served at the same time as pasta, so soup got cold before we finished it. We got the impression, that service wants to get rid of us as soon as possible. I think, that they heated everything in microwave (pasta was served way to quick to be freshly cooked and I heard a characteristic sound). Food was OK, but not great.
