He single-handedly pulled in at least 10-15 other patrons while we were eating, but in a very smooth, funny, and sociable manner. He really knows how to read people and their boundaries so as to not go too far and keep things light. It was seriously lunch with a free show. To continue, I initially started feeling bad for the restaurant across the street as they had only one group sit down while several came to this restaurant instead. Over the course of the meal however, it was clear that attitude of both parties was drawing in or keeping out customers, respectively. Now the food itself was quite amazing. I really thought we may have been hustled into eating there by the smooth operator. Taking both recommendations from Aldo, I enjoyed every bit of the tonnarelli I ordered, and the bit of truffle ravioli my partner ordered. The rosemary potatoes (side dish) was also great, and paired very nicely with all the extra bits of sauce from our dishes. On top of that, we were given two free shots of whatever — which was dubbed a distillation of some 30 different flavors — which was absolutely awful, but free and added a nice pep to my step afterwards. Great place to eat, and observe. Wishing the best for Aldo, and hope he is paid gloriously for his role in pulling pedestrians in!
A	Abel Agullo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pasta in Rome. Probably the best carbonara I ever had. The price is very good having in mind the quality. You can sit outside in a very nice small saquéate in front of the restaurant. Top place!!

The gnocchi was our favorite but we enjoyed everything! The waiters were extremely personable with everyone at the restaurant and were very welcoming!

We didn't even know what was around but after our wonderful meal we found out that there are other "highly rated" options nearby, but the queues there are long and the restaurants are so busy that it looks like you'll never get served even if you get a seat...

We sat outside under a heat lamp but the inside part was very open and airy. One of the two memorable meals we had the week we were there.
