The pasta looks better than tastes... Relatively cheaper than other restaurants but not sure it's as decent taste as Roma standard...
White wine was simply disappointing.
The service was doubtlessly nice. Lovely mom and pop are always there for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there right before 7pm and we’re seated within 15 minutes. The line quickly grew after 7pm. Definitely recommend going early if you don’t have a reservation. The carbonara was perfect - the best one of the trip! Great Chianti, too. Shockingly good service for such a big and busy restaurant.

It has an outdoor seating with a great ambiance.
The food was perfect ( had the Nanno Nadia spaghetti). I also tried the cheese cake and tiramisu and it was yummy. Tho it was crowded, the service was great and food came in no time.
The prices are very reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, customer service and not bad price comparing to other cities that we have been during this trip such as Venice, Florence and Milan!!!
The dishes are very well served and it gets done very fast. We had an appetizer that are fried rice rolls filled with different topics (very good all of them). After that we ordered the Carbonara that was awesome and some French fries as well. These three orders were more than enough for two people. This is a must go restaurant if you are in Rome!

We were so happy to choose Tonnarello, nice food and nice staff.
The only issue was after returning the oxtail still cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible restaurant, but make sure to arrive early! Service extremely fast and very nice, excellent food and nice place to eat outside. I think I've tried the best pesto pasta of my whole life! I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to everyone coming to Roma ?

Sat on the street and had an amazing meal in Rome.
Servers were friendly, funny, and helpful.
Food was absolutely amazing.
Cooked with pride and also served in interesting ways. Recommend the carbonara and the fried turkey. Also the calamari was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the superb service. Four stars for the food. It was very busy place and most of the customers are tourists I found. Not many options for seafood pasta. The noodles are rarely tasted, so my friend and I were not really a fan of it. We had a mussels pasta, but lack of seafood taste. However we were impressed by the waiters, they have passionate about their work!
