★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora sono andata a tagliare i capelli il giorno martedì 5 aprile 2022, avevo fatto vedere Il taglio che volevo lei facesse. ( Secondo me se tu sei professionale è io ti faccio vedere una foto di come voglio io i capelli,in teoria dovresti fare senza problemi) mi sono fidata completamente ,e stato un grande sbaglio da parte mia ,avevo chiesto un taglio e lei (non professionale) ha cambiato completamente il taglio ,(una volta tagliato i capelli ma mica se può tornare indietro,anzi volevo io tornare indietro così non avrei mai entrata in quello posto )
Non mi sembrava essere una professionale( non sei professionale per niente hai perso in partenza ,mi ha rasato metà testa e quando avevo visto la m***a che mi aveva fatto in testa ho detto ( noooo a sbagliato taglio)
La risposta tua e stata ( eeh vabbè i capelli crescono )?????
Io lì non ci andrò mai più e non Consiglierò a nessuno ,nessuno proprio .

So I went to cut my hair on Tuesday 5th April 2022, I had shown the cut I wanted her to do. (In my opinion if you are professional and I will show you a picture of how I want my hair, in theory you should do it without problems) I trusted completely, it was a big mistake on my part, I had asked for a cut and she (not professional) has completely changed the cut, (once I cut my hair but not if he can go back, in fact I wanted to go back so I would never enter that place)
She didn't seem to me to be a professional (you are not professional at all you lost at the start, she shaved half my head and when I saw the shit she had done on my head I said (noooo wrong cut)
Your answer was (eeh oh well hair grows) ?????
I will never go there again and I will not recommend to anyone, anyone at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are quite good. However they cut the back of my hair after I specifically asked them not too. (Sew in weave with leave out at the hairline.). It’s likely it was a mistake on the part of the stylist. However when I told them, they told me it was not cut. Like I can’t tell my own hair is cut. He took off about three inches after growing my hair for years! I don’t understand why they couldn’t just apologize, but to stand there and tell me my hair wasn’t cut when you could actually see blunt ends and it no longer reached the middle of my back was the strangest experience. I cried all weekend. I really hate when hair stylists don’t appreciate how traumatizing it is to lose inches off your hair and they act like it’s not a big deal. Just apologize and say it was a mistake. But don’t tell me my hair isn’t cut. It is something you can literally see!!
