Si si aspetta tanto Γ¨ vero, ma proprio perche la gente sa che i Ragazzi sono bravi, Io mi sono presentata per un problema della linea di casa dei miei genitori, ho aspettato il mio turno e la ragazza cordialmente, mi ha spiegato tutto, ha chiamato l'operatore per me e chiarito tutto, mi Γ¨ addirittura arrivato lo storno incredibile!!! Sono tutti bravi ragazzi e che il negozio sia sempre pieno ne Γ¨ la dimostrazione.
Il mio voto Γ¨ massimo e vi ringrazio ancora di cuore.

Una problema che mi crea enormi disagi per questioni lavorative risolvibile in 10 secondi da parte di un punto vendita mi ritrovo a dover chiamare il 159 da un altro telefono non mio perdendo un sacco di tempo inutile!
Grazie giardini del sole!

Io sono un ex cliente della3(tre) e non wind3.
Ho portato il mio nuovissimo ed ancora in garanzia Samsung A8 in assistenza .
Oggi ritiro il mio cellulare dopo 2 settimane e dal documento che trovo all'interno capisco che il cell non e stato aggiustato... Ed in piΓΉ mi ritrovo il telefono con una rottura della placca di rivestimento del telefono nella parte posteriore come se fosse caduto... Alla consegna il pacco del mio telefono si presenta in cattive condizioni e la commessa dopo avermi fatto firmare il documento di ritiro consegnandomi il telefono mi mette a conoscenza del fatto che il cell mi sarebbe potuto cadere.... Non aggiungo altro!!!!
Ho trovato il personale privo di cortesia e professionalitΓ .
La mancanza di un responsabile adulto con il quale poter ragionare su quello che mi e Γ¨ accaduto oggi.
In poche parole ZERO ASSOLUTO..
Oltretutto se non mi viene restituito il mio telefono integro come quando l'ho consegnato cambio sicuramente compagnia telefonica....

Una volta accette l'offerta ti scopri la sorpresa. E continua a scalare soldi del carta di credito nonstante la disattiv
azione del servizio e quando chiede spegiazione non sanno il motivo. Per contro amettono che Γ¨ stato loro errore. Ma noi vogliamo i nostri soldi e stiamo ancora spettando.

if you are not Italian and don't know language you will have problems to communicate call center service for some problems!
your wind number account have not protection and it's possible to loose your money weekly without control for some internet game what is activate without your control andd when you will understand will be late to take back your money because to contact with WIND on English is problem.
also if you have 40 Giga bytes of internet it's just fanny because sometimes internet connection is so much low you can't use internet how you want ??
