★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saranno anche bravi, ma se portate un apparecchio che non sia un cellulare vanno in po' in crisi. Pessima assistenza pre e post vendita. Se avete bisogno di loro anche solamente per chiedere a che punto sta la riparazione non vi calcolano. Dovete per forza presentarvi in negozio.
They will also be good, but if you bring a device other than a cell phone they go into crisis. Bad pre and post sales assistance. If you need them even just to ask how far the repair is going, they don't calculate you. You have to show up in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non potevo trovare di meglio..dopo aver consultato ben 5 esperti del settore i quali mi avevano detto che il mio tablet era inutilizzabile e da sostituire mi è stato consigliato b smart in special modo Daniele...non solo ha reso il mio tablet funzionale quindi le sue competenze professionali sono eccellenti ma è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche..non sono pratica con la tecnologia e lui con pazienza e modo mi ha guidata all'uso del dispositivo...che dire consigliatissimo...ps onesti anche nel costo...che dire un angelo tecnologico
I could not find better ... after having consulted 5 experts in the sector who had told me that my tablet was unusable and to be replaced I was recommended b smart especially Daniele ... not only did it make my tablet functional so his professional skills are excellent but he was of a unique kindness and availability .. I am not familiar with technology and he patiently and mannerly guided me to the use of the device ... what to say highly recommended ... ps honest too in the cost ... what about a technological angel

Sempre disponibili, rapidi e precisi a fronte di qualsiasi problema.
Avevo un iPhone X al quale era stato cambiato lo schermo a Maggio 2020 a causa di un danno accidentale e in quel caso sono stato super soddisfatto sia del lavoro che delle spese da loro proposte.
A distanza di tempo, come spiegato da Anton (il proprietario), questo schermo ha smesso di funzionare a causa di un danno dovuto ad altri danni accidentali che hanno manomesso la funzione senza crepare lo schermo, spiegandomi nei minimi dettagli "l'autopsia" da loro studiata.
In questo caso ho deciso di non procedere con la riparazione e sono stati gentilissimi a cercare una soluzione sia di recupero dei dati che di alternative di acquisto di un altro smartphone.
Se dovessi avere altri problemi in futuro non dubiterei a tornare da B-Smart!

I had an iPhone X which had its screen changed in May 2020 due to accidental damage and in that case I was super satisfied with both the work and the expenses they proposed.
After some time, as explained by Anton (the owner), this screen stopped working due to damage due to other accidental damage that tampered with the function without cracking the screen, explaining to me in great detail "the autopsy" from studied them.
In this case I decided not to proceed with the repair and they were very kind to look for a solution for both data recovery and alternatives to purchase another smartphone.
If I have other problems in the future I would not hesitate to return to B-Smart!
