★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario veramente poco simpatico. Chiediamo con cortesia se è presente un prodotto e ci viene risposto "no". "Torna disponibile?". "Guardi, ci arriva il Natale prossimo". Il sarcasmo che ha usato nei confronti dell'acquirente è decisamente poco adatto ad invogliare l'acquisto.
Really unfriendly owner. We ask politely if there is a product and we are answered "no". "Are you back in stock?". "Look, next Christmas is coming." The sarcasm he used towards the buyer is definitely not suited to entice the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco tempo fa,ho chiesto di personalizzare una cover che avrei regalato per Natale a mia mamma;il risultato è stato pessimo e non mi hanno dato la possibilità di "controllare" come sarebbe venuto il risultato finale. E non mi hanno consigliato come avrei potuto "abbellire" o "migliorare" il risultato che sarebbe venuto fuori,dato che ho solo 13 anni.
E a distanza di circa due settimane e più,si è già rovinata.
Not long ago, I asked to customize a cover that I would have given my mom for Christmas, the result was very bad and they didn't give me the possibility to "check" how the final result would come out. And they didn't advise me how I could "beautify" or "improve" the result, since I'm only 13 years old.
And after about two weeks or more, it's already ruined.
