Accoglienza gentile e comprensiva (mi hanno permesso l'accesso 30' prima dell'apertura). Molto scrupolosi e pazienti nel fornire ogni indicazione tecnica su prodotti e procedure di montaggio. Consiglio vivamente. More than positive experience, very well stocked shop on top level brands. Extremely competent, courteous and precise staff. Kind and understanding welcome (they allowed me access 30 'before opening). Very scrupulous and patient in providing any technical information on products and assembly procedures. I highly recommend.
l	luca piovesan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la sostituzione del telaio da parte di Trek ( precedute da lunghe discussioni sulla causa del problema con il negoziante … ) il successivo riassenblaggio della bici è stato fatto in modo errato causando parecchi problemi ( guaina del freno a disco pizzicata, viti spannate, nastro manubrio montato male, batteria sensore Bontrager dimenticata ecc ) che ho dovuto risolvere recandomi da un’altro meccanico e spendendo ulteriori soldi. Purtroppo da quando lo storico meccanico è andato via la qualità del servizio offerto è scesa parecchio e non è all’altezza dei marchi trattati… Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio! After Trek's replacement of the frame (preceded by lengthy discussions about the cause of the problem with the shopkeeper ...) the subsequent re-shaping of the bike was done incorrectly causing several problems (pinched disc brake housing, spanned screws, handlebar tape badly mounted, Bontrager sensor battery forgotten etc) which I had to fix by going to another mechanic and spending more money. Unfortunately, since the mechanical historian left, the quality of the service offered has dropped a lot and is not up to the standards of the brands handled ... I strongly advise against this shop!

Ho acquistato inizialmente una bicy entry level per la mia ragazza, poi la cortesia e la gentilezza di Sara mi ha convinto ad acquistare una nuova bici (un po' di fortuna perché introvabile in quel periodo) anche per me! La simpatia di Luca fa sempre piacere, un sorriso non guasta mai! Spazio ai giovani ? Reference shop in the area! I initially bought an entry level bike for my girlfriend, then Sara's courtesy and kindness convinced me to buy a new bike (a bit of luck because it was unavailable at that time) for me too! Luke's sympathy is always a pleasure, a smile never hurts! Space for young people ?

Rented a bike for two days, the staff attached my clipless pedals and fitted the bike to my specific height, no problem. They really took the time to get it just right, I felt super comfortable and in best hands. Suffice it to say, my rides on those two days were a blast, weather fantastic and the gear performed just phenomenally. Definitely will come again when back in Castelfranco and recommend it to every (road)bike enthusiast (MB, E-Bike? - they've got you completely covered as well) looking for simply a superb bike place.
