Mi sono trovato bene in questo centro tim .
Questo purtroppo fino a qualche tempo fa
Adesso malgrado siamo entrati in negozio mezz'ora prima della chiusura ci hanno detto che non ci avrebbero servito perché alle 19 comunque loro chiudono... che io abbia problemi ad arrivare oppure no questo al commesso proprio non interessava.
Colpa del covid? Mah!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco come si possa aspettare un'ora e poi quando è il tuo turno ti viene detto dal commesso che deve chiudere il negozio perché è in ritardo per un un'appuntamento e ti manda a casa.. voglio far presente che sono entrato in negozio alle 12.15 e quindi entro l'orario di chiusura delle 12.30. Se vedi che i clienti che ci sono in negozio ti fanno sforare l'orario di chiusura.. gli chiedi cosa vogliono e se sono operazioni lunghe gli chiedi di passare al pomeriggio.. questo a casa mia si chiama professionalità sulla quale in questo negozio bisogna lavorare..
I don't understand how you can wait an hour and then when it is your turn you are told by the clerk that he has to close the shop because he is late for an appointment and he sends you home .. I want to point out that I entered the shop at 12.15 and therefore within the closing time of 12.30. If you see that the customers who are in the shop make you go over the closing time .. ask them what they want and if they are long operations ask them to spend the afternoon .. this in my house is called professionalism on which in this shop you have to to work..

Sono i gestori che sono persone di grande disponibilità e gentilezza, e se si ha un qualsiasi problema di gestione del proprio "pacchetto" sono sempre in grado di fornire aiuto o un consiglio sensato che comunque non lascia mai il problema irrisolto. Inoltre hanno una spettacolare qualità: non ti vendono MAI un contratto che non vuoi comprare, e cercano sempre di fornire soluzioni a portatata di tasca di chiunque.
It is not the place itself that is pleasant: it would not be different from a thousand others. It is the managers who are people of great availability and kindness, and if you have any problem managing your "package" they are always able to provide help or sensible advice that never leaves the problem unresolved. They also have a spectacular quality: they NEVER sell you a contract that you don't want to buy, and they always try to provide solutions to anyone's pocket.

Clean very bright, tidy. The manager was very helpful to us, as we had the wrong approach in telling Tim that our modem was not working. He gave us some tips on handling it. Great I'd say!

Professionale...super gentile e paziente. Mi ha aiutato in svariate occasioni (anche ora che non è più a Montebelluna)...e la sua presenza in TIM da alla compagnia una netta marcia in più.
Non è tanto per l offerta...se ne trovano sempre di migliori. È avere persone come Roberto che fanno decidere ai clienti di rimanere con voi. Tenetevelo BEN stretto perchè personale preparato e disponibile è merce rara!

Professional ... super nice and patient. He has helped me on several occasions (even now that he is no longer in Montebelluna) ... and his presence in TIM gives the company a distinct boost.
It is not so much for the offer ... there are always better ones. It's having people like Roberto make customers decide to stay with you. Keep it WELL tight because trained and helpful staff is a rare commodity!
