★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto (visto che avevo un accredito con iban) se cambiando operatore applicavano qualche sanzione. Mi hanno risposto di stare tranquillo, che funzionava come una qualsiasi sim ricaricabile che potevo cambiare in qualsiasi momento. Bene ultima fattura 45 euro di costo disattivazione offerta in promo e 16 euro di traffico dati quando avevo già il nuovo operatore. Un FURTO complimenti per la chiarezza.
I asked (since I had a credit with iban) if they applied some sanctions when changing operators. They told me to stay calm, that it worked like any rechargeable sim that I could change at any time. Well the last bill cost 45 euro of deactivation of the promo offer and 16 euro of data traffic when I already had the new operator. An THEFT compliments the clarity.

I find it inconceivable that a sales / service point NEVER answer the phone. What is the use of a telephone number if you do not answer ???
