Dopo mesi di bollette ingiustificate, problemi tecnici di vario tipo, un pessimissimo servizio clienti online/telefonico di TIM, Claudio è riuscito a chiarire in maniera veloce, senza effimere scuse (arma usata dagli altri operatori) ed in maniera professionali le mie problematiche!

After months of unjustified bills, various technical problems, a very bad online / telephone customer service from TIM, Claudio was able to clarify my problems quickly, without ephemeral excuses (weapon used by other operators) and in a professional manner!
