Mi sono recata al negozio per comunicare che mi era appena appena stata contattata circa l'impossibilitΓ di attivazione della linea. inseguito ad un contratto stipulato in negozio. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e sono stata trattata senza rispetto con l'assunzione che stessi chiedendo un rimborso quando tutto quello che chiedevo erano delucidazioni e consigli su come muovermi. Morale Γ¨ che poi chiamando il servizio clienti della compagnia telefonica con gli stesi toni, un gentile operatore ha verificato e constatato che la telefonata che avevo ricevuto era fasulla, probabilmente derivante dalla concorrenza
Per cui la mia visita in negozio Γ¨ stata di nessun aiuto anzi, se avessi ascoltato l'arrogante proprietario avrei cambiato operatore spendendo ulteriori soldi senza motivo.
Assolutamente sconsigliato. Al giorno d'oggi la gentilezza e il rispetto dovrebbero essere la base delle relazioni interpersonali e presso un negozio la disponibilitΓ verso il cliente e la volontΓ di aiutarlo a risolvere un problema dovrebbero essere la base. Purtroppo qui ho trovato il contrario
Extremely rude owner and not available to work with his clients in uncomfortable situations. I went to the shop to communicate that I had just been contacted about the impossibility of activating the line. following a contract stipulated in the shop. I asked for an explanation and was treated disrespectfully with the assumption that I was asking for a refund when all I asked for was clarification and advice on how to get around. The moral is that by calling the customer service of the telephone company with the same tones, a kind operator verified and found that the phone call I received was bogus, probably deriving from the competition.
So my visit to the shop was of no help in fact, if I had listened to the arrogant owner I would have changed operators and spent more money for no reason.
Absolutely not recommended. Nowadays kindness and respect should be the basis of interpersonal relationships and in a shop the availability towards the customer and the willingness to help him solve a problem should be the basis. Unfortunately here I found the opposite
