Furono molto gentili e competenti. Anche l'assistenza post-vendita e servizio manutenzione (in questo caso manutenzione ordinaria programmata; fortunatamente non ho ancora avuto problemi alla bici), per quello che ho potuto vedere finora, inappuntabili. Bought a Ridley gravel here a few months ago. Satisfied with the purchase (the product range, for what I can understand, it looks very good) and the advice received before and after for the rest of the necessary material or to personalize it according to my needs. Also after-sales service and maintenance service (in this case scheduled routine maintenance; fortunately I have not had any problems with the bike yet), for what I have seen so far, impeccable.
