Nonostante la nostra tranquillita', la risposta e' stata molto aggressiva e quando abbiamo chiesto che almeno venisse rilasciato lo scontrino fiscale per il lavaggio dell'auto effettuato (nessuno ce l'aveva fatto con la scusa che l'ufficio dell'esercizio era in chiusura) abbiamo temuto di venire perfino aggrediti fisicamente. Lo scontrino alla fine e' stato emesso, ma non abbiamo ottenuto nulla per la foratura della gomma. In cambio siamo stati trattati in una maniera talmente brutale e vergognosa che mai in vita mia avevo visto. Servizio pessimo e gestione vergognosa. Appena portata a casa scopro che la maniglia della portiera di destra non funziona, lo faccio presente al venditore che mi invita a farla riparare comunicando poi la spesa per un eventuale rimborso. Il costo è di € 90,00 ma lascio correre e non chiedo nulla. Dopo quasi sei mesi, nei quali avrò utilizzato l'auto si e no 3 mesi a causa del lockdown, la macchina si ferma per un guasto e non riparte più. Chiamo il concessionario, lo informo del danno (abbastanza oneroso) e di tutta risposta mi dicono che avendo intestato l'auto alla mia azienda, la garanzia non c'è, inoltre, facendo riferimento al Codice Civile non sono tenuti a venirmi incontro in alcun modo. Il loro perito molto maleducatamente mi ha detto che il problema non era loro che mi dovevo arrangiare. Così ho fatto! Credo che a volte ci voglia un po' di buon senso. Occhi aperti!, informatevi bene prima di acquistare. Very embittered ..... I bought a used car after seeing an advertisement on the internet. Com'è giusto che sia, rettifico la mia lamentela. La mail era finita nelle spam e non era stata visionata, ora hanno risposto gentilmente alle nostre richieste , bene ? Well I should tell my ... my husband sent an email to ask about a van advertised on Autoscout24, They obviously don't have time to answer ..... or they don't want to .... ?
