★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 5 Maggio mi sono recato dal vostro più vicino rivenditore per ordinare una nuova Wilier. Dei 4.900 euro di valore ne ho versati 1.500 di acconto.
Nel frattempo ho pure venduto la mia vecchia Wilier in considerazione del fatto che avrei potuto contare su quella nuova in tempi ragionevoli.
Niente, siamo il 23 di agosto, e dopo tre tentativi di richiesta informazioni ( non sono mai stato richiamato) nulla ancora so' della mia bici.........
 On May 5th I went to your nearest dealer to order a new Wilier. Of the 4,900 euros of value I paid 1,500 in advance.
In the meantime I have also sold my old Wilier in consideration of the fact that I could count on the new one in a reasonable time.
Nothing, we are on August 23, and after three attempts to request information (I have never been called back) I still know nothing about my bike .........

Si sono limitati a dirmi che potevo usarla tranquillamente. Rispetto per l'utente finale ZERO!

110 Pro Iride Gray 2019 to be thrown away, deformed frame due to a delamination of the carbon layers, unusable and dangerous, not repairable, the company is not liable for this.
They just told me that I could use it safely. Respect for the end user ZERO!
NEVER AGAIN wilier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought 2 month ago an new wilier cento air pro at a bikedealer here in Austria. After this timeperiod i dedected during the regulary bikecleaning, nasty, VERY NASTY paint distortion on the toptube ( see pictures attached). I showed that a collouage of mine. He isworking as paint-supervisor for a car manufacturing company. He confirmed me a ISSUE at the paintquality on this frame. So I forwarded my bike to the dealer asking for Waranty Claim . After 3 Weeks I got the negative answer from Wilier back that the frame is OK and the carbon does not have any defect. THIS WAS NOT MY QUESTION !!!
I AM CONSERNED ABOUT THE NASTY PAINT !!!!
This is a 3500 Euro Bike Frame, and normaly i expect some replacement. !!!!!!!
NEVER EVER I WILL BUY A WILIER ANYMORE !!!
BE CAREFULL !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated myself to a Zero 7 Chorus late last year but only started riding it a few weeks ago with the arrival of better weather and salt-free roads here in Scotland. Full Italian specification, stunning looks and beautiful detailing. Very light and stiff but really comfortable, natural-feeling riding position. Great to know it's still a family-owned business as well. Don't know when I might return to Italy but would love to visit the factory. Happy!
