Sono stato da loro perché non ero sicuro del montaggio del portabici su un auto diversa da quella per cui lo avevo comprato. Ed oltre ad avermi aiutato a costo zero, mi hanno cambiato gratuitamente dei pezzi per cui hanno fatto degli upgrade rispetto al modello in mio possesso. Se ci fossero 10 stelle, gliele darei tutte. Quality bike rack production. They are really competent and very kind ... I went to them because I was not sure about the assembly of the bike rack on a car other than the one I had bought it for. And in addition to helping me at no cost, they changed me for free for which they made upgrades compared to the model in my possession. If there were 10 stars, I would give them all.

Non conoscevo la ditta (meno blasonata rispetto ad altre molto più costose) ma il prezzo e le caratteristiche erano molto buone, inoltre è una ditta italiana!! Sono contentissimo della mia scelta, il prodotto è ottimo e molto comodo (questo si ripiega a differenza di tutti gli altri sul mercato). In più il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a dare supporto, sia via mail che in ditta, hanno ritirato e riconsegnato il mio prodotto gratuitamente. Consigliatissimo!!!! I bought a Pure instinct tow bar bike carrier. I did not know the company (less noble than others much more expensive) but the price and features were very good, moreover it is an Italian company !! I am delighted with my choice, the product is excellent and very comfortable (this folds up unlike all the others on the market). Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza e mi hanno spedito il ricambio in garanzia in 24 ore. Ottima azienda, seria e professionale anche nel post vendita. I purchased a Venezia model bike carrier for my car. After 4 months, 2 rubber straps were torn off to lock the bikes to the bike carrier. I contacted the assistance service and they sent me the warranty replacement in 24 hours. Excellent company, serious and professional even in post-sales.
R	Roberto Veneziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 2 portabici Pure Instinct roof e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla ottima qualità del prodotto, ottime finiture ad un prezzo relativamente conveniente rispetto ai prodotti di altre marche "famose" T... e Y... un ottimo "Made in Italy" che merita comprare italiano. Il montaggio è semplice, anche se il libretto di istruzioni è tipo "ikea" solo con figure.. Un solo suggerimento se mai qualcuno di Peruzzo leggerà questa recensione. Sul sito ci sono i video con le istruzioni di montaggio ed uso solo per pochi modelli nella gamma. A mio parere servirebbero anche per altri modelli per essere sicuri di avere l'utilizzo migliore, con magari qualche consiglio d'uso, etc... I bought 2 Pure Instinct roof bike racks and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the product, excellent finishes at a relatively affordable price compared to the products of other "famous" brands T ... and Y ... an excellent "Made in Italy" that deserves to buy Italian. The assembly is simple, even if the instruction booklet is like "ikea" only with figures .. Just one suggestion if anyone from Peruzzo ever reads this review. On the site there are videos with assembly and use instructions for only a few models in the range. In my opinion they would also be used for other models to be sure of having the best use, with maybe some advice for use, etc ...

Ho ordinato dei ricambi presso il loro shop online purtroppo risultanti incompatibili in parte; dopo aver contattato l'assistenza (è stato necessario un secondo tentativo in quanto probabilmente sommersi di lavoro) mi hanno organizzato la spedizione dei pezzi corretti. Non c'è che dire, ottima azienda. Highly professional company, in particular, quality now rare nowadays, an excellent assistance service. Cose oggi per nulla scontate. Ho avuto un problema sul portabici e l'hanno risolto molto velocemente e molto cortesemente ritirando e riconsegnando il prodotto a domicilio!. Prodotto peraltro splendido (pure Instinct 2) e perfetto per le ingombranti e-bike. Di servizi così non se ne trovano più.
