Volevo riservare dei posti per uno spettacolo di burattini per bambini; al telefono mi è stato comunicato che era necessario richiamare il giorno precedente l'evento tassativamente in orario di biglietteria (dalle 16 alle 19)... se non fosse che in tale orario, dopo 45 minuti di tentativi a vuoto - la linea dava sempre occupato - mi è stato risposto che i posti erano già esauriti perché assegnati a quanti si erano presentati di persona! Se mi avessero informato al riguardo mi sarei organizzato diversamente (abito fuori Castelfranco) o almeno avrei evitato di perdere tempo al telefono. Pessima gestione.

I wanted to reserve seats for a puppet show for children; on the phone I was informed that it was necessary to call back the day before the event strictly during the ticket office hours (from 16 to 19) ... except that at this time, after 45 minutes of unsuccessful attempts - the line always gave busy - I was told that the seats were already sold out because they were assigned to those who had presented themselves in person! If they had informed me about it I would have organized myself differently (I live outside Castelfranco) or at least I would have avoided wasting time on the phone. Bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bel teatrino del 700. Ben mantenuto e ben curato. L'aspetto visivo è notevole . Per giudicare lascolto bisogna venirci con gli spettacoli, chissà che poi non si arriva alle cinque stelle.
beautiful 18th century theater. Well maintained and well cared for. The visual aspect is remarkable. To judge the audience you have to come with the shows, who knows then you won't get to the five stars.
