★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very terrible experience at this restaurant in August 2019. While the restaurant is clean and decor nice, the service and food were both very poor.
For service - our waitress was not attentive. She would no stop by our table to refill water or check on food quality experience. We waited over 1 hour for our main courses and had to ask her several times for updates. When the food was served, one dish - a fish dish- was missed. We had to bring this to her attention, as the kitchen forgot to make the dish. It was then served to our table not cooked and when we asked for a new order, were told another would not be made as the kitchen was too busy. She never apologized for the wait or seemed to care to follow up on our order status. She was very cold and rude.
Food quality - definitely not the best of Italy. As an Italian, I have had far better food made at home. The caprese salad could of had fresher ingredients and wasn’t dressed well. We had fish served practically raw.
Overall, for the price, I would not recommend this location to travellers. The location is prime and that is what lures you in. Be careful of this tourist trap.
