★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al centro commerciale ai giardini del sole (Castelfranco Veneto) dicono ai clienti che si possono cambiare gli anelli per la misura,quando in realtà dopo qualche giorno con scontrino regalo e garanzia ti dicono che non si può cambiare..
Pessima figura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di domenica chiudono alle 20.00 entriamo a 19.40 (avevo appena finito di.lavorare) dovevamo prendere un pensiero per un'amichetta di mia figlia già visto nei giorni precedenti quindi avremmo fatto veloce e invece mi dicono di andare via che alle 20 dovevano chiudere pur facendo notare che mancavano 20 minuti....complimenti!!! Mi hanno visto fino a domenica ma nn mi verranno più!mi piacerebbe parlarne con un responsabile perché io quando SN in chiusura SN disponibile cn la cliente fino al momento della chiusura non 20 minuti prima! Poi dopo la chiusura di fanno pulizie chiusura cassa ecc ecc .vergognoso cm si è rivolta la commessa per he ci sn modi e modi ! Avrebbe dovuto solo impacchettare un regalo visto c-e lo avevamogia scelto.
On Sunday they close at 20.00 we enter at 7.40pm (I had just finished. Tornerò presto di sicuro, la consiglio a tutti perché come gioielleria merita tanto, soprattutto perché hanno tante marche buone e come prezzi sono più che accessi.
Very patient staff, I am happy with the advice they gave me because the gift I got was more than appreciated. I will be back soon for sure, I recommend it to everyone because as a jewelry it deserves a lot, especially because they have so many good brands and as prices they are more than accesses.

The store is very large, with friendly and welcoming staff. I particularly enjoyed the promotions on watches and jewelry which prompted me to make some nice Christmas gifts.
