★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basandomi sulla acquisto fatto nulla da dire molto interessanti gli sconti, e nel complesso fatto bella figura, regalando quanto comprato. Il brutto inizia qui la persona a cui è stato regalato l'orologio si è presentata per farselo stringere in quanto troppo largo. Va a ritirarlo e trova la maglia slabbrata. Ritorna in negozio e gli viene risposto..... Eh sì siamo stati noi perché nn abbiamo gli strumenti per rimuovere le maglie. Allora chiedo perché prendere in carico il lavoro se nn si hanno i mezzi... non sarebbe stato più onesto ammettere questo limite?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio fidanzato ha acquistato una collanina il 24 dicembre in oro spendendo più di 200 euro, me l’ha consegnata il 31 dicembre (primo momento in cui ci siamo visti). Desideravo sostituire la collanina con un altro modello peccato che nello scontrino fosse scritto che il reso andava effettuato entro il 31 dicembre (proprio quel giorno) e non avevamo la possibilità di recarci in negozio visto che quando me l’ha consegnata era già chiuso. Non ho trovato assolutamente corretto il comportamento del negozio in quanto avrebbe dovuto comunicare al momento dell’acquisto che il tempo per cambiare la merce era così breve, almeno il mio compagno si sarebbe saputo regolare. Non tornerò più in questo negozio dove ero solita fare acquisti, per una questione di principio!
My boyfriend bought a gold necklace on December 24th for more than 200 euros, he delivered it to me on December 31st (the first moment we met). I wanted to replace the necklace with another model, it is a pity that the receipt stated that the return must be made by 31 December (that very day) and we did not have the possibility to go to the shop since it was already closed when he delivered it to me. I did not find the shop's behavior absolutely correct as it should have communicated at the time of purchase that the time to change the goods was so short, at least my partner would have known how to adjust. I will never go back to this shop where I used to shop, as a matter of principle!
