★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUFFATORI!!!! Circa un mese fa mi reco presso il Valecenter di Marcon per cambiare operatore telefonico (avevo Iliad). Passo uno per uno tutto gli stand dei vari operatori telefonici con una richiesta, valutavo solo offerte che includessero il 5G. Arrivo allo stand della Vodafone attirato dalla locandina che prometteva un’offerta a 7.99 al mese con minuti e sms illimitati e, spiattellato in grande, traffico internet 100 giga con 5G (vedi foto!). Sorpreso dall’offerta vantaggiosa, chiedo conferma alla ragazza che mi conferma più volte la presenza del piano che includeva traffico 5G. Decido di accettare. Torno a casa e leggo sul contratto (consegnato solo dopo aver pagato) che l’offerta era solo per 4G! Imbestialito, torno allo store ma niente, pur ammettendo la truffa, non c’è stato verso di cambiare piano. Come “scuse” mi propongono 10 euro di ricarica, che ovviamente accetto per ripagarmi almeno i costi di attivazione di un’offerta che non avrei mai accettato. In conclusione: pessimi, infidi al limite della vergogna. Mai più!
SCAMS !!!! About a month ago I went to the Valecenter in Marcon to change telephone operator (I had Iliad). One by one all the stands of the various telephone operators with a request, I was only evaluating offers that included 5G. I arrive at the Vodafone stand attracted by the poster that promised an offer at 7.99 per month with unlimited minutes and text messages and, blasted in large, 100 gigabytes of internet traffic with 5G (see photo!). Surprised by the advantageous offer, I ask confirmation from the girl who repeatedly confirms the presence of the plan that included 5G traffic. I decide to accept. I go home and read on the contract (delivered only after paying) that the offer was only for 4G! Enraged, I go back to the store but nothing, while admitting the scam, there was no way to change plans. As an "apology" they offer me 10 euros for a top-up, which I obviously accept to repay at least the activation costs of an offer that I would never have accepted. In conclusion: bad, treacherous on the verge of shame. Never again!
