★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Sono andata per raddrizzare un paio di occhiali da vista costosi e me li hanni rotti. Oltre a ciò volevano farmi pagare gli occhiali sostitutivi. Mi hanno pure mandato via in malo modo. Non ci tornerò mai più.
Bad service. I went to straighten an expensive pair of eyeglasses and they broke them. On top of that they wanted me to pay for the replacement glasses. They even sent me away badly. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto gli occhiali progressivi con assicurazione, mi sono costati una marea di soldi. Poi dopo 2 anni con l'assicurazione mi hanno rifatto gli occhiali per tre volte e alla fine sempre sbagliati. Non metterò mai più piede in quel negozio. Incompetenti.
I made progressive glasses with insurance, they cost me a ton of money. Then after 2 years with the insurance they made my glasses three times and in the end they were always wrong. I will never set foot in that shop again. Incompetent.

Voglio fare i complimenti alla ragazza commessa che mi ha seguito paziente perché non è sempre scontato trovare una lavoratrice disponibile che ti fa venire voglia di acquistare. Il giorno prima in un altro negozio mi sono imbattuta in una commessa indisponente alla quale dava fastidio che mi provassi gli occhiali e ho lasciato perdere. Brava.
Today I bought a pair of sunglasses at this Marcon store. I want to congratulate the committed girl who followed me patiently because it is not always obvious to find an available worker who makes you want to buy. The day before in another shop I ran into an annoying saleswoman who bothered me to try on glasses and I gave up. Good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata li per farmi rimettere una vite.agli occhiali, e mi e stata STRISCIATA LA.LENTE e.la.vite... neanche la sua è! Mi hanno.stretto un paio.di occhiali e mi hanno fatto SCOPPIARE L'ANTIRIFLESSO, e dato che non li avevo presi da loro... PIÙ SENTITI! Vergognosi!!!!
I went there to get a screw back on my glasses, and I was STRIPED THE LENS and the screw ... not even hers! They grabbed a pair of glasses and made me FUCK THE ANTIFLECTIVE, and since I didn't get them from them ... MORE HEAR! Shameful !!!!
