Mi arrangio, quando viene il mio turno la commessa mi dice che non può farmi il pacchettino perché c'è troppa gente.e quindi devo aspettare. Poi senza che io chieda nulla mi informa che costa 2,50 euro. Ho lasciato la tutto e sono venuta via. Già avevamo aspettato una vita per il pacco della signora precedente, tant'è che il negozio si è riempito poi dovevo aspettare ancora perché prima di me doveva servire i clienti. Pessima. S	Silvia *** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivedo la mia recensione e do 3 stelle alle commesse del negozio Thun del Vallecenter di Marcon per l'impegno e lo sforzo (un po' dovuto sinceramente, visto che è anche il loro lavoro) perché hanno dedicato tempo e pazienza.... tanta pazienza ..... per cercare di risolvere il mio problema. Dopo 1 mese! Dico 1 mese!!! Ho riavuto finalmente il mio dosa sapone che comunque per legge mi aspettava di diritto. Trovo altrettanto disonorevole e imperdonabile però il comportamento della casa madre la THUN DI BOLZANO che, comportandosi così non fa fatto per niente onore ad un marchio Italiano, al quale ero fedelmente affezionata da tantissimi anni. Per che cosa poi per 40€?? Da parte mia e della mia famiglia tutti Innamorati della Thun non compreremo più nessun prodotto, poca roba per carità...... Ma la Thun alla fine si è fatta una figura di me@@a!!!
