★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come ogni anno, siamo in Italia in questo periodo per fare shopping. L'esperienza in questo negozio si è rilevata, a dir poco, orribile. Mentre io ero in un altro negozio la mia ragazza stava provando dei capi in questo Tezenis. E udite udite, ad un certo punto una commessa (bionda, occhiali) semplicemente spegne la luce nei camerini, probabilmente pensando che la mia ragazza non acquisterà nulla (il che non è vero, Tezenis è uno dei negozi dove acquistiamo sempre un bel po di roba sia io che lei) oppure per-chissà-quale-altro-processo-cerebrale-discriminatorio (e sul "cerebrale" avrei qualche dubbio). Alla richiesta della mia ragazza su cosa fosse successo la bionda ha semplicemente alzato le spalle. Ulteriormente, tra 5 minuti, alla mia domanda se la luce fosse tornata per miracolo, la commessa ha confermato che il tutto sia avvenuto "per grazia divina" :) Continueremo ad andare nel negozio di Mestre dunque. Oggi comunque seguirà telefonata alla sede centrale Tezenis per capire se a loro vada bene che un franchisee si comporti in questo modo ;)
Like every year, we are in Italy in this period for shopping. The experience in this shop turned out to be, to say the least, horrible. While I was in another shop my girlfriend was trying on clothes in this Tezenis. And listen listen, at some point a saleswoman (blonde, glasses) simply turns off the light in the dressing rooms, probably thinking that my girlfriend will not buy anything (which is not true, Tezenis is one of the shops where we always buy a lot of stuff both me and her) or for-who knows-what-other-cerebral-discriminatory-process (and on the "cerebral" I would have some doubts). At my girlfriend's request about what happened, the blonde just shrugged. Further, in 5 minutes, to my question if the light had returned by a miracle, the saleswoman confirmed that everything happened "by divine grace" :) So we will continue to go to the Mestre shop. However, today a phone call to the Tezenis headquarters will follow to understand if it is okay for them to have a franchisee behave in this way;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio abbastanza ampio e luminoso, anche se è riempito molto quindi è’ abbastanza difficile muoversi quando c’è gente.
Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile alle richieste del clienti.
È molto valido la possibilità di acquistare online sul sito e ritirare in negozio gratuitamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità conosciuta e riconosciuta, non occorre recensirla. Ottime le a addette alla vendita cortesi e non aggressive. Pazienti e gentili, sempre disponibili se di chiede un aiuto nella ricerca di una taglia o di uno specifico prodotto quando non si trova nelle disponibilità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova all'interno della galleria del Carrefour. Negozio piccolo con tutta la merce esposta tutta attaccata, sembra un magazzino per grossisti, entrare col carrello risulta problematico. Ci sono tante cose graziose per le donne ma meno per gli uomini. I prezzi sono concorrenziali e si può approfittare di buoni sconti se si acquistano tre pezzi. Il personale è gentile e paziente anche se costrette a lavorare in spazi davvero ridotti.
It is located within the Carrefour gallery. Small shop with all the merchandise displayed all attached, it looks like a warehouse for wholesalers, entering with the cart is problematic. There are so many nice things for women but less for men. Prices are competitive and you can take advantage of good discounts if you buy three pieces. The staff is friendly and patient even if forced to work in very small spaces.
