Ho chiesto cortesemente di cambiare di misura una cintura troppo lunga, mai indossata, munita di scontrino che attesta l’acquisto in data 7aprile, ma X un giorno di ritardo, ieri, mi è stato risposto in modo sbrigativo che non è proprio possibile, in quanto da procedure non è proprio possibile...che elasticità!!!!
The worst clothing store in terms of customer service! I asked politely to change the size of a belt that was too long, never worn, with a receipt stating the purchase on April 7th, but one day late yesterday, I was answered in a hasty way that it is not really possible, in how much from procedures it is not really possible ... what elasticity !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre del gruppo Inditex, come Zara o Berska, il marchio spagnolo Stradivarius è una linea pure molto giovanile come Berska ma più elegante anche i prezzi sono un po' più elevati con rispetto a Berska, ma sono molto alla mano. È un mezzo fra Berska e Zara. Mi piace moltissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur essendo consapevole che la Pandemia ha sconvolto il nostro modo di vivere e di fare acquisti creando enormi difficoltà a tutti gli esercenti, non giustifica affatto il modo in cui questo negozio gestisce i propri camerini prove.. entrate contingentate con commesso scortese che fa da vigilantes impedendo a qualsiasi persona di poter chiedere un consiglio ai propri cari su come calza un vestito. Tutti gli altri negozi hanno cercato di apportare modifiche tecniche od organizzative finalizzate ad agevolare i propri clienti negli acquisti nel rispetto delle regole attuabili per evitare potenziali contagi, loro hanno cercato solamente di agevolare loro stessi nella vendita e trattare i clienti con maleducazione.
While being aware that the Pandemic has upset our way of living and shopping, creating enormous difficulties for all merchants, it does not justify at all the way in which this shop manages its dressing rooms .. quota income with a rude salesman who acts as a vigilante. preventing any person from being able to ask loved ones for advice on how a dress fits. All the other stores have tried to make technical or organizational changes aimed at facilitating their customers in purchases in compliance with the rules that can be implemented to avoid potential contagions, they have only tried to facilitate themselves in the sale and treat customers with rudeness.
