★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato Venerdì mattina alle 9, vado spesso al Valecenter, ma non mi ero mai fermato in questo negozio, mi verrebbe da dire "cosa mi sono perso". La ragazza che mi ha seguito è stata gentilissima e mi ha guidato con estrema professionalità alla scelta dei pantaloni che volevo prendere. Tornerò sicuramente, prezzi uguali ad H&M, con il plus di una qualita generale maggiore, e commesse molto più gentili, disponibili e professionali. Diventerà il mio nuovo negozio di fiducia a Marcon.
I was there Friday morning at 9, I often go to the Valecenter, but I had never stopped in this shop, I would like to say "what have I missed". The girl who followed me was very kind and guided me with extreme professionalism in choosing the pants I wanted to take. I will definitely come back, the same prices as H&M, with the plus of a higher general quality, and much more kind, helpful and professional salespeople. It will become my new store in Marcon.

Ho acquistato parecchi capi e, dopo alcuni giorni mi sono accorto che un pantalone non corrispondeva alla taglia scritta nell'etichetta bensì era di una taglia più piccola. Informato telefonicamente il personale, siamo rimasti d'accordo che sarei passato per la sostituzione. Ciò non è avvenuto perché la sede centrale ha negato il cambio sollevando la scusa che erano trascorsi i 7 gg. per il cambio ed inoltre hanno richiesto tassativamente lo scontrino. Oltre a subire le conseguenze dovute ad un LORO errore, questi non sanno che i termini da loro reclamati decadono dal momento che non è un configurato in ripensamento bensì rientra nella normativa europea dei danni occulti; aggiungo inoltre che la Legge dice chiaramente che lo scontrino fiscale può essere sostituito da una prova d'acquisto che ho regolarmente dimostrato (ma da loro non accettata) in quanto il pagamento è stato effettuato tramite bancomat.

This did not happen because the headquarters denied the change, raising the excuse that 7 days had passed. for the change and they also strictly requested the receipt. In addition to suffering the consequences due to their error, they do not know that the terms they have claimed lapse since it is not an afterthought but is part of the European legislation on hidden damages; I also add that the law clearly states that the receipt can be replaced by a proof of purchase that I have regularly demonstrated (but not accepted by them) as the payment was made by ATM.

I capi potranno essere anche attraenti ma purtroppo la durata è di una stagione non di più...la durata giusta per il prezzo praticato.
Tessuti dei pantaloni di pessima qualità, maglie che perdono i fili...tutto avviamente comprovabile con prodotti alla mano.
