★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi reco per installare una pellicola dello smartphone,trovo una ragazza che penso non debba proprio stare al contatto con i clienti.
Oltre ad essere incapace nell'applicare una pellicola,con una maniera scortese mi dice di togliere la cover e dopo l'applicazione (pellicola storta e con bolle) si motiva più volte della scarsa qualità della pellicola.
E mi ha fatto pure pagare...
Non tornerò.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente sarà un ottimo Vodafone Store, ma io ho un altro operatore, la valutazione riguarda il punto ritiro Wish. Essendoci solo una persona c'è va una perenne coda e per ritirare un pacchetto capita di aspettare mezz'ora. Dovrebbero mettere una corsia preferenziale per chi deve solo ritirare, e ci mette venti secondi, rispetto a chi deve cambiare tre piani tariffari e ricaricare i telefoni di tutti i parenti.
