Friendly staff, but, as usual, long queues and products (eg mobile phone) never available! You always have to order them and HOPE that sooner or later they arrive ... bad service!

The staff are very courteous but tim as a manager is painful. He is causing me damage for an administrative problem that I am not able to solve. I advise anyone who wants to switch to tim not to do it
