Dovevo comprare un regalo per mia mamma e la commessa mi ha praticamente aggredito, insisteva a farmi comprare il primo articolo che stavo guardando appena entrata! Sembra stupido detto così, ma provate ad immaginare ad entrare in un negozio, guardate una cosa e la commessa ti sta appiccicata addosso continuando a ripetere: vuoi quello? Lo compri? Te lo prendo? Lo vuoi?!! Non mi ha mai lasciata tranquilla ne di vedere altro ne di pensare!!! Come le ho chiesto se potevo guardare altri braccialetti si è lamentata dicendomi che le facevo smontare la vetrina e che le facevo perdere del tempo!!!! Mi chiedo se sono entrata in una gioielleria oppure se sono al mercato! Ma una commessa così dove l’avete trovata?!! Comunque me lo fa vedere e appena ne prendo in mano uno per provarlo incomincia di nuovo: quel braccialetto è l’ultimo e non mi arriva più niente dai compralo! Va bene? Prendi questo? Dai prendilo... Io sono una persona molto paziente ma questa volta ho dovuto risponderle di non aggredirmi così e di lasciarmi il tempo per pensare!!! Ma nulla lei continuava a insistere a comprarlo!!! Io alla fine il braccialetto l’ho preso ma sono molto nera e arrabbiata di come mi ha trattata quella commessa!!!! Mi sembrava di stare al mercato servita da una svogliata, frettolona e angosciante, altro che gioielleria!!!! È una commessa con i capelli ondulati sul rossiccio sui 35-40 anni!!! Con tutte le ragazze gentili, in cerca di lavoro, questa persona come l’avete selezionata? Pretendo che qualcuno la riprenda perché non si trattano così i clienti !!!! Vergognatevi!!!!! Esperienza negativa con la permuta dell'oro contro nuovo gioiello (anello): Tra i miei gioielli c'erano delle pietre che all'atto del ritiro del nuovo anello (mandato a restringere) non mi sono state riconsegnate dicendomi che avrei dovuto specificarlo prima (a quanto pare, normalmente siamo tutti benefattori che regaliamo pietre ad estranei secondo la titolare, che in maniera poco cortese e poco orientata al cliente non ha minimamente voluto sentire ragioni). Ho contattato la Federconsumatori e non ho voglia e tempo da perdere dato il valore delle mie pietre (basso) di cui indebitamente Si sono impossessati, anche se per principio mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere chi l'avrebbe spuntata. Mai dire mai... questa esperienza mi lascia anche delle perplessità circa l'oggetto acquistato, in futuro SICURAMENTE non rivolgerô in questo esercizio i miei acquisti.
